Best Value for the Afternoon

When I registered for this webinar I wanted to learn how to score better in PSAT/SAT. Learned some good strategies for my child to use in the test. Additionally, learnt about ways to get scholarship. Which I was not aware of.I feel my aftrenoon was well invested (best value of the time) in learning pratical things that my child can use. I would highly recommend a parent & child should attend this webinar. Wealth of knowledge from the person who is sharing from his own journey. I would like to thank Dr Shaan Patel for taking the time for this webinar. I definately learned many things. Got some freebies as promised by PrepExpert. Apprecaite it.

Doctor Petal's webinar was excellent

Doctor Petal's webinar was excellent. I found the test taking skills prep and the approach to student scholarship application to be of the most value to me at this time.. I look forward to implementing information gained from the webinar and look forward to learning more valuable information in the future for the benefit of my child who is not yet in high school. In the coming years, I plan to learn as much as possible to enhance and maximize my child's opportunities for higher learning. After all, it is his future! Grateful!!

We sincerely appreciate Shaan Patel your dedication and invaluable contributions in guiding young individuals toward achieving their aspirations and fostering successful career paths.

Unlimited prep - Too expensive

We signed up for a Unlimited prep expert package for a year (default). When we signed up we were told during the informational that we would have access to unlimited course signups for a year ( this is true) but my daughter was able to sign up for 4 different course offerings. So far so good. She found some instructors better than others . Once again no issues. The part that was shocking was we noticed the older courses that she took in the first half of the year were no longer accessible. I understand them to stop enrollment in new courses but giving access to material ( not courses) but atleast practice exams they took would have been nice. If we attended some classes in person, the kid would have access to the paper copies of the exam results or such. I tried calling their Support number and the first person seemed to understand and agree with my expectation. She said we will fix it and someone will call you. A month or more passes by and no response. I tried calling teh second time and now their receptionist says their support is busy. On being persistent, she just says let me transfer to a supervisor and its another receptionist - Maria L. I don't think they will fix anything and hence my review. I will take it down if they actually fix the access to material. We paid $$$$ for the course and its unfair to keep paying them $199 per month when all I need is access to the same material that I paid for. The material is good but you can find many others that will offer the same courses for less and may not give you a run around. Don't fall for the Mark Cuban or Shark tank pitch

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We value hearing from our students, but we'd like to clarify several factual inaccuracies in your review. Your Unlimited Prep enrollment included one year of access to your Prep Expert dashboard, which contains your courses, course materials, practice exams, and all other included resources. This one-year access period was clearly outlined at the time of purchase, and your dashboard remained active throughout your enrollment. Once the one-year term concluded, your dashboard was suspended because the purchased enrollment period had expired. For students who need additional time beyond their original one-year enrollment, we offer an optional month-to-month extension for $199 per month. This extension is entirely optional, can be canceled at any time, and is intended only for students who wish to continue using the program after their original access period ends. At no point were you required to pay this monthly fee during your active one-year Unlimited Prep enrollment. We also want to address the claim that your concerns were ignored. According to our records, you contacted us on the afternoon of August 5th. While this is our busiest time of year, we strive to return all calls within 24 hours. Prior to that, we spoke with you on June 3rd regarding your request to extend your enrollment beyond the one-year access included with your purchase. We also assisted you on January 12th and July 9th of 2025. These interactions reflect our ongoing efforts to provide timely support whenever you reached out. If there had been a specific practice test or course resource you were unable to access during your active enrollment, we would have been happy to investigate and resolve the issue. However, it is not accurate to state that your course access was removed during your one-year enrollment or that you were required to pay an additional monthly fee while your original plan was still active. We stand behind the program as it was represented and delivered, and we remain committed to providing transparent policies, quality instruction, and responsive support to every student. We wish you the very best in your future academic endeavors.

PrepExpert are cons

I rated this 5 stars only so other people can see it otherwise I am extremely disappointed with this company. First of all they have really good teachers courses and everything. But they always do this one reward program where they give free AirPods to the best review and they never actually give it. I check their socials stories and everything and they never actually give AirPods or anything away. I am extremely disappointed with this con business and I would like it to change.

Overall Breakdown of Webinar (My Experience)

I learned a lot of things that I didn’t know before, and I was coming in as a rising freshman so the information is very valuable for scholarships, and standardized test tips. I think that juniors and seniors didn’t take as much away and there were a lot of complaints in the chat so it was difficult to stay focused. So having two separate webinars for 8/9/10 and 11/12 would result in better outcomes for both parents and students. But as someone going into high school it was very helpfulz
