So far, my experience has been great. Working with my college advisor has kept me on a strict and prepared track for college applications. Together, we have worked on building an application list, talking through extracurricular activities and classes, and writing the initial application essays. Although at some moments during meetings I felt that my experience was unpersonalized, overall, college advisors has guided me smoothly through the application process and has well improved my writing.

Awesome advisors
Hoisum is currently my advisor and she's been extremely helpful throughout this process. She's helped me come up with personal statement topics I would not have thought of on my own and has made me honestly excited about writing.
Christine is fantastic! She is so succinct and grounded and has really helped me rein in my ideas to create something concrete. My writing is seriously benefitting from her advice. She is also incredibly knowledgable and makes every minute worthwhile.
