I am very disappointed with my experience with PresentGivers. The items I received were not as advertised and did not match what was shown on the website. I paid $65.97 for my order, placed in August 2026, and the products I received were not what I expected based on the advertisements.
I contacted customer service to request a refund, but my issue remains unresolved. I should not have to fight to get a fair resolution when the merchandise does not match what was advertised.
Based on my experience, I would caution other shoppers to carefully research this company and read customer reviews before placing an order. I would not purchase from PresentGivers again unless they improve their product accuracy and refund process.
I was excited to order not one but 3 of these Advent calanders. Oh Lord was I taken by surprise the lack of truth in their advertizing. The peices were less than an 1/2 inch in size with is resin photos, not little figurnes. For what I hoped to get, it is a damn shame this company played me
Ordered Halloween Advent calendar 8/28/26. It’s 10/6/26 and never received it. Disputed charge. Don’t waste your time or money. Comes from aching and I never got it!

I received a product that did not even resemble the produce advertised. They wanted to offer me 15% back on my card. Why are they still in business. BTW this is not a software company. They sell junk items
I placed an order with Presentgivers more than a month ago and still have not received my order. There is no reliable estimated delivery date, and despite contacting customer service, I have not been given a clear answer about when my order will arrive.
I also requested a refund because of the excessive delay, but they have refused to return my money.
I am extremely disappointed with this experience. A company should be able to provide customers with a reasonable delivery timeframe and a straightforward refund process when an order has been delayed this long.
I would not order from Presentgivers again.

The “Build Your Own Spooky Haunted House 👻 DIY Halloween Decor Kit for Endless Halloween Fun” was plastic junk. Ads misrepresented size and quality. DO NOT BUY!
This is an absolute scam. Total false advertising, they should be in prison for the absolute misrepresentation of the things they are selling. Stay far far away. I ordered the campervan advent calendar. They showed little vans that appeared to be the size of Hot Wheels. No, they are one inch plastic hang tags. And of course, they are in China and you can't get hold of a person.
I was TOTALLY ripped off. I ordered a 24 day Halloween calendar with the cutest figurine collection. When my grandson received it is contained a box of items that has been displaced from the daily compartment in shipping. The daily items were not the cute 3d figures shown in the ads but CHEAP flat objects that had to be inserted in to flimsy plastic base to stand up. I have never purchased anything sooo misrepresented😩😩😩
Ordered the medieval cats. Expected a better quality item than what arrived. What arrived was two-sided paper cutouts of medieval cats in resin, and a hole drilled at the top of each piece for a way to hang it. Cheap and kinda ugly. Am not happy. How do I return this?
As many others have noted, ordered from this company expecting 3D figures in an advent calendar - received plastic shrinky-dink ornaments instead. Contacted the company - was offered a free shipment of any other item on their site or a 15 percent refund. Companies like this should be penalized.
I did not receive anything close to what was advertised. Got a little plastic holder…the trolls are flat pieces that are are SMALLER than a thumb. I can’t believe this company can still be online. This company presents false advertisements and useless items.

Everything I ordered was cheap thin plastic instead of the cute stuffed or knitted characters. I wasted a lot of money and they were so cheap I threw them away I would be embarrassed to give them as gifts !!!!! I have come to disbelieve anything I see on these sites …
This is entirely unacceptable. I purchased the 24-day Halloween advent calendar anticipating charming figurines, yet I received inexpensive, flat plastic items with holographic printing. Each piece measures one inch by one inch and differs greatly from the website’s depiction.
Delivery required a month, and the tracking details were inaccurate. Contacting customer service led to delays; they requested photos before claiming they could not locate my order.
Counterfeit goods and poor items were sent from China.
Avoid this entirely.
Do NOT buy from present givers. If I could give a zero I would. They're ads are lies. What you receive is nothing like shown in ad. And customer service is ridiculous. The best I could get was a 30% refund of a purchase of over $100. I learned a vital, but expensive lesson...always look a reviews of a company before you buy. They cannot be trusted.
