Bait and switch scam
Bait and switch scam. Terrible. I ordered the Halloween calendar for my little nephew—video showed 24 Halloween squeeze figurines. Children playing with them, looked about 3” high each. After 5 weeks I get this cheap little box about 8” x 11” with 24 flat little pieces of plastic. With tax and shipping it was $37. Buyer Beware.

Scam company
Scam company. They present it as such a great idea. Then takes your money. Then takes forever to ship it. Then they lose it. The shipping info they gave me claims it was handed off to a local courier company, who then claims it's been delayed and will go out the next business day....then says it's been passed off to another company, who then says it's delayed, then wont ship out till next business day. Round and round. When asked where it's at...they claim it's going to take 3 to 5 Business days to track it down but it's still on it's way? If you don't even know where it's at, how do you know it's still on it's way? They keep refusing to give me a refund as well. Their Customer service is horrible. Only way to get a hold of them is via their email. Avoid this business at all costs. I have reported them to the BBB and will be sending the State of California the same complaint.

This company is the same exact company you see on ads for games you play on your phone or iPad. Every one of these companies has the same elderly woman as their “founder” so before you order from any of these websites look at their “about us page” an elderly woman in light blue green shirt- do not buy anything from them. They are scammers. There is a ton of them all selling cute Christmas gifts! Don’t fall for it trust me! Buy local.

I bought the sea glass gnome advent. The ways I am disappointed. They are not sea glass which ok I at least thought they would be 3d they are not!! They are crappy acrylic 2d. I could of got something better off Temu! They are only an inch and a half in size. The box isn't even an advent its just a freaking box with a plastic tray!! 🙄 29.99 Plus tax & shipping. Took 3 dang weeks to get it. Never again buying from them. EVER!

This company doesn’t even deserve a one star review. Placed an order and paid for shipping insurance. After over a month of waiting I was told it was delivered. Their customer service goes around and around with the same generic response that they are looking into it but you never hear back. Passed along from agent to agent. Received an offer to either return the product or receive a 15% refund. What good is shipping insurance? Just a complete scam.

FALSE ADVERTISING. I ordered the adorable Gnome advent calendar depicted online as 3 dimensional fabric stuffed gnomes. What I received in the mail today was a calendar full of little plastic gnomes. Not what I ordered at all. Beware of this company. I am still waiting for the Dragon advent calendar I ordered as a gift. I wonder if it will be as disappointing as the gnomes! The gnomes took over a month to arrive.

Extended shipping time with incorrect tracking. The Advent Calendar Sea Glass gnomes were pictured as three dimensional glass figures and what I received were flat plastic pieces painted on one side for $35.00. Bad company.
Do not order from this company
Do not order from this company. Not only did it take almost a month to arrive, they sent the wrong item, using the excuse it was just a different camera angle. The item I ordered and what I received were not even close, so that excuse doesn't fly. They offered a 30% refund, or a 100% refund if I sent it back to China, at my expense. I shouldn't have to pay shipping, because of their mistake. I ended up just filing a claim with my credit card company.

I have been served ads for the Campervan Adventure Calendar 2026, from Presentgivers.com. The video ad shows a box with twenty-four 3D miniature vehicles. A “person” (AI?) opens the box and removes the miniature VW-style bus, turns it around, and sets it on a table with other miniature pieces with which one can supposedly “create a diorama.” When I followed the link from that ad, I landed on the sales page, where the FAQ reveals that the actual items are 2D PRINTS of the vans, onto thick acrylic. There is no ability to purchase the 3D cans themselves, even at a high price. I checked another listing for “sea glass gnomes” and found a similar situation. 3D gnomes are shown on a stair stepped display stand, but not only are they not actually sea glass, they are again just 2D acrylic. There is no way that all the glowing reviews of these products are real. Anyone thinking they were getting 3D products will be massively disappointed. Even molded models would be better than this. Fortunately, I was alerted by the unbelievably low price to read the details. Others may not be so lucky. This is a Bait and Switch scam, pure and simple. They should be put out of business.
Presentgivers deceptive descriptions
I ordered two items on 2 Aug and received them today (29 Aug) I am super disappointed. They were each 24 day Halloween surprises showing darling little 3d figures but came as flat pictures nothing like the descriptions. They were way too expensive
Two Coins Ordered
I ordered two coins over two months ago. I received an email from presentgivers a couple of weeks ago, stating that my order was on the way and they gave me a tracking number. However, when I enter the number I get a message that the package was unable to be deliver and unable to be returned to sender, it stated package was disposed of. However, I was charged $32.96 and my purchase was not refunded. My credit card company will be charging back the payment.

Ordered a Godzilla key chain for my grandson back in June. I knew it was coming from China. For 3 weeks now, it supposedly is sitting in Minnesota according to the tracking number. I live in Indiana. Initially the company replied to my emails. Then they stopped. I would not recommend buying from them.

After a 3 weeks of waiting for an update on my order I reached out to customer service for a refund. After a long ten day process of only receiving one email per day and only offering discounts I sent them their return policy. I was told I could only get a refund if I ship the product back. Hard to do without the product mind you. I was also told they would expedite the shipping process. After another 2 weeks and no sign that this product is ever going to come to my door and no way to get a refund I would not recommend anyone by anything from this company. It is just a scam and a money grab.

I ordered 3 Godzilla 3D keychains. They were $20.00 each. Never came no communication. Thank God for PayPal. Got my money back 2 weeks ago. The keychains showed up today and they were 2D stamped sheet metal with stickers on them. It took 2 1/2 mos. to show up. THESE BASTARDS ARE NOTHING BUT THIEVES!!! I’m so disappointed in this merchant because I place an order on June 13 received a confirmation that the order was received and in progress fast forward to June 24 zero updates. I reached out for some tracking information and expected delivery date since the original delivery date has passed. I have not received a response and it’s been 48 hours since I sent the email. I sent a follow up asking if my order will arrive in time before my vacation as the reason I purchased the hat for. I still have not received a response or an acknowledgment of my email being received. My next step is to leave by review give other shoppers an inside of my experience so it doesn’t happen to them. My advice is use a different merchant.
