This is absolutely the worst company I have ordered from.
The products ARE NOT what is shown in the photos. The dress I ordered was pictured and described as SEQUINED. No, it was absolutely NOT sequined. It was a cheap piece of fabric with shiny dots printed on it. When I emailed that the item was not what I wanted, they only offered me a 30% discount ON ANOTHER ORDER! Ummm… no. I want a return and refund for this garbage.
They falsely advertise their “expedited shipping” by saying it’s like 2-3 days when really, that’s 2-3 days AFTER the 10 day processing time.
This company should be shut down. I’m reporting them to the BBB and sharing this review everywhere I can to save other shoppers.

My outfit was so pretty it came on time as expected only thing i didn't like was it wasn't fit to size. I order a large the skirt felt like a small and I'm no where near a XL In clothing so I wouldn't think to get something that big. But overall love the shoes in the fit

The absolute worse! They even removed my review from their site with the complaint. Fraudulent, would not refund my money for my order after a month of not receiving it. Ordered mid-November 2022, received January 2023 after filing a complaint with PayPal for a refund. Poor quality, poorly made, and horrible customer service. It was supposed to have feathers, pearls, and rhinestones...there were a few sporadic feathers, and randomly placed pearls. DO NOT ORDER from the site.

I bought two of these dresses for my twin girls sweet 16 event. One dress was missing stones around the waist. (We found in the packaging) the second dress Was missing stones and looked as if they didn’t even finish making it! The sides of crinoline were hanging and the mesh showed my daughters underwear on the sides. It was uneven and falling apart by the touch. She cried and I was livid!! I had to take the second dress to my tailor to finish making the dress. They had to bring the crinoline together and sew it back the way the rest of the dress was. This was a terrible experience but my tailor got the dress done in time. Thank God I ordered the dress early enough. Then I had to sit up all night and put the stones back on both the dresses that had fallen off during the try ons. I had to go back and tell all the people that I told about this wonderful site to never order from there! I would hate for anyone else to have our experience. Beautiful dress though once it is made correctly. Will not be purchasing again unless I am given a full refund for the anguish and time. I know they won’t care.

This company is a total SCAM!!!! STAY AWAY from this company at all cost. First off, this company is SCAMMING individuals into thinking they're purchasing decent quality clothes. The material on the clothes are worse than Dollar Store clothing! A lot of the items are NOT as described and I was sent a entirely different pair of jeans than what I ordered. The company wanted to only offer me a 15% refund and 30% off my next order. What makes them even think there would be a next time?!?!? The items are made and shipped from CHINA and the website sure doesn't state this. This mean that the customer will have to pay for return shipping and jump through many hoops to get a full refund and will end up paying more for what the clothes cost. I am contacting PayPal now in hopes of getting my full refund back. PayPal, please don't allow this company to use your platform to SCAM others out of their money!!! PrettyTina? BUYERS BEWARE‼️‼️‼️‼️ this is the worst company I’ve ever ordered anything from!! The site clearly states processing is 2-5 days and shipping is 7-12 days. I ordered a dress on October 31st from this place for my birthday 11/17. It took a few days to process but after that it was a complete DISASTER!!! once it shipped I received a tracking number. it arrived and departed from THE SAME warehouse in JAMAICA NY for a whole month!! Yes a whole month! It would take 2-3 days to update and Everytime it did it was either arriving or departing from the same warehouse it never moved! At this point I knew my dress was going to be late to I reached out to customer service and asked to cancel my order and a full refund! They told me they couldn’t cancel it because it had already shipped and to be patient.. I’m telling them yes it has shipped but ITS NOT MOVING ANYWHERE! It keeps arriving and departing from the same place! They basically blew me off and said it wasn’t anything they could do I just had to wait! I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered because majority of them are bad and the same issue! It finally updated to something different after a month and then it moved in transit as normal after that! I ended up having to buy a whole nother emergency dress from Amazon due to they’re jacked up shipping issues and horrible excuses and customer service. Anyways my dress finally comes 11/28 Smh BIRTHDAY WAS 11 DAYS AGO!😡 thank you for ruining my birthday! Thank god for amazon or I wouldn’t have had a dress at all! 😔 my first time ordering from this place and I will never order again. NEVER. I hope this helps someone. They send you clothes that look nothing like the photos. Ordered my dress for my wedding after party and it’s a joke. I wish I could upload photos here. They will only refund if I pay for shipping back to china, which is the same cost as my dress. They should refund and make good on shipping considering they shipped the wrong item!!

Do not order from here! We ordered a dress on October 4th & it’s the 22nd & we still don’t have it. In following what I’ve now realized is fake tracking, the item is still showing in McDonough, GA just as it did the very first day we ordered it. They will respond to you via message or email but only to lead you on into believing your item is still sitting at the post office. I’ve asked for a refund only to get there’s no refund if the item is supposed to be on its way. Wish I had read the reviews first but do plan on letting people know not to order from this scam website!

It took 4 weeks for a dress to come. The dress that came does not look like the dress i ordered!!!! I wish i did my research first!!! Now i am trying to return it for my money back and they asking for pictures of the dress and packaging. I wouldn’t wear that cheap dress if it was the last thing hanging!!

Ordered a dress for my birthday on 09/17 for a party I was having on 09/24. Waited all week, never even received a follow up email about my order. Sent emails regarding when it will ship and the merchant kept saying it’s ready. Well on 09/23 I asked for a refund because the item would not be here in time. They said no refund bc it’s processing. How do you process a order with no tracking number? Yea ok. Wake up today to see 09/30 my order is finally on the way. I don’t even need the dress anymore. I paid $40 for express shipping and that meant nothing. This is definitely a fraudulent business.

Scam, it's been 15 business days and I still haven't gotten a tracking #, the tracker app shows they haven't received any order to today's date, I reached out to the merchant and was told the designs I purchased are back logged due to them being popular styles, I asked to be refunded and was told I can't get a refund or cancel because the order was already processed,very contradicted..I haven't heard from anyone since, so I got no goods no shipping details and the merchant refuse to refund my money..everyone should be aware.
