Our membership is communicated at the time of booking, it's on our front website, and after your account is created you receive an email explaining the membership benefits and cost. I appreciate you reaching out about the refund, as explained in your email the refund was submitted at the time you contacted us but it takes a few days for the banks to process the refund.
