On ticket 215474415740770, our team clarified that speed tests should be done on the same location/server to accurately compare results. Dedicated IP OpenVPN files aren’t available by default yet, but support can provide them on request. We know this adds extra effort, and we’ve shared your feedback with the team.

For purchases made through our website, renewal terms and pricing are displayed at checkout under the Renewal Prices section. For App Store or Google Play purchases, renewal details are included in the receipt and subscription information provided by the respective store. Auto-renewal can be disabled at any time through your account (for website purchases) or through the relevant app store subscription settings before the renewal date.
