QEEQ Car Rental

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating unexpected charges and a delayed deposit return can be. Late-return fees and deposit release timelines are usually set by the local rental partner and can vary by location and payment method, but we agree this should be clearly communicated upfront. We’ve created a service ticket for your case, and a dedicated team member will follow up to review the $75 charge and the deposit refund process with the supplier and keep you updated. Thank you for bringing this to our attention—we’ll also use your feedback to improve how these policies are displayed during booking. Qeeq.com Team

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry for any concern caused by the deposit amount shown before pickup. Deposit requirements are set by the local rental partner and can vary by location, vehicle group, and driver profile, so we understand it can feel unexpectedly high even when the rental price looks great. If you share your booking number with our customer support via the Help Center, we’ll be happy to check the specific deposit policy for your reservation and clarify what to expect at the counter. We also appreciate the note about leaving a review before collecting the car, and we’ll keep working to make key payment and deposit details clearer during booking. Qeeq.com Team
