QEEQ Car Rental

We’re sorry to hear about your experience—being charged for a rental day when your flight was delayed and the car wasn’t available until the next day is understandably frustrating. We take concerns about unclear or misleading information very seriously. A service ticket has been created for your case, and a dedicated team member will follow up to review the rental timeline and charges and communicate with Budget to clarify what happened. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we’ll also use your feedback to help improve how this is handled going forward. Qeeq.com Team

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we’re glad you loved the car overall. We’re sorry to hear it wasn’t delivered in the clean and well-maintained condition you expected, especially regarding the scratches and dirty cup holders. We’ll reach out to the rental partner to review this and urge improvements to their vehicle inspection and cleaning process. If you’d like us to follow up further, please contact our support through your booking so we can check the details and assist. Qeeq.com Team

We’re sorry for the confusion and frustration this caused. Car availability is ultimately confirmed by the rental supplier, and in some cases their inventory can change quickly, which may lead to a vehicle being shown in the app but not available at pickup. We take your feedback seriously and will review the listing/availability display with our partners and keep improving how we show real-time stock in the app. Please reach out via our in-app support with your booking details so we can look into your case and assist further.
