The vehicle mismatch and the air-conditioning issue you described are not acceptable, and we understand how frustrating this must have been. We’ve created a service ticket for your case, and a dedicated team member will follow up with you to review the details and address this with the rental partner. We will also urge the supplier to improve their pickup coordination and vehicle quality checks to prevent similar issues. Qeeq.com Team

We’re sorry to hear that the vehicle and pickup experience didn’t meet expectations, especially regarding the lack of assistance at the airport and the poor condition and comfort of the SUV. While the booking process may have been smooth, what happens at the counter and the quality of the car are just as important, and we understand how frustrating this must have been. We will reach out to our rental partner to review the vehicle condition and on-site service standards, and urge them to improve their inspection and customer support process. Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback—it helps us push for better experiences for future customers. Qeeq.com Team
