I wish we had read the reviews before ordering. DO NOT buy from this website, it is a total scam. The first red flag was not receiving an order number. The baby we ordered for our daughter looks absolutely nothing like the website, cheap and nasty, not to mention a totally different doll!!

What was right! Ordered for my daughter for her main Christmas present, arrived thought I'd check to make sure all was ok, it looks nothing like the pictures at all nor what is described on the description. I emailed them and they offered me 10% off the value price which I was was not good enough after spending over £100 on a doll which is supposed to look like a reborn and be the same as what is pictured on Thier website. Absolutely appalling I understand with reborns there may be some very slight differences due to moulds and handwork but what I got is an absolute joke. The hair is short when it's supposed to be long, there's holes all over the head where there isn't enough hair to cover them, no eye lashes when the picture shows lashes, no detail on the fingers and toes, not worth the money I paid at all and customer services could have been alot more understanding considering the difference of what was advertised and what was sold and shipped

It's the holiday season which for most is a joyful time of the year. This time of the year some businesses' customer service can be lacking. For example, I bought a doll for a little girl from Reborn baby doll company and I paid over $100 with shipping. The doll itself was over $80. Anyway, the one the right is what I had ordered but the on the left is what I had received. I notified the company and asked them to send me the correct doll. At first they said,it was the lighting on that made the doll look different. I replied,its in the description : brown eyes and brown hair. The doll that was sent was a blue eyed and strawberry blonde. Long story short. I have to send the doll back,which is understandable, to CHINA to get my full refund! In their defense they said that I could keep the doll and they will return 25% of the cost. I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING TO CHINA! Informed them all I want is the doll that I ordered or a full refund. Informed them that this doll looked like a Walmart doll. This doll was supposed to look like a real baby.The doll was supposed to have silicone extremities to have that real flesh feeling. It feels and looks like PLASTIC!
This special little girl looks like the doll that I had ordered. This little girl's, family are extremely giving and are kind. I just wanted to do something nice for the them because they are hard working and honest family.
Am I wrong for being upset? This is basically, $100 doll. I can't give this doll to her. It looks cheap. If I wanted a less expensive doll then I would had bought one plus, all of the accessories. I don't know to pictures to this site.

I ordered 2 dolls and some clothes 6 days ago. I took screenshot of my order number but I have not received an email with my order number in it. I really thought this was a legitimate site. I'm sick. I tried tracking my order number and it says it does not exist. I tried to login to the site and it says email doesn't exist even though I have a few mails saying thank you for registering. I cannot believe I fell for this. I've contacted my CC company and have to give it 14 days before can process claim for fraud. I'm now in a deliema to get a Reborn Doll for Xmas and what sites to trust 🙈

This company misrepresents the products they are selling. The dolls they are selling are NOT the dolls they show in their pictures. Instead they are the same dolls you can buy from Amazon at 1/3 the price. Very clearly mass produced and not individually hand-made as they claim. This is a scam site.

Avoid at all costs!! £160 down for a doll that has knock knees and feet pointing inwards. Face looks like the pictures but that’s where it ends. Terrible quality, also the Christmas outfit I purchased at the same time doesn’t actually fit the doll it’s far too small. Scam company you would get a better doll in the pound shop.

I should’ve listened to my gut before I bought this doll. It looks absolutely nothing like the picture. The hair is uneven, looks like a 5 year old cut it. The hair falls out when you touch it and there’s a balding spot. The doll was stiff as cardboard. The best part?? I contacted them, with proof, and they DENIED me a refund. They said, “the doll looks exactly the same as the picture on the website.” They also offered me a 10% off code for any “inconvenience.” As if I’d ever waste even $5 on that site ever again. Big scam. Don’t do what I did. Do research, look for reviews and most definitely go to a different site. I learned (too late) if reborn dolls are under $200, it’s most likely a scam. And this website is a GIANT SCAM with HORRIBLE customer service.
