I bought 3 dolls from this company. The day I received them I immediately contacted the company to say I was not pleased with the dolls and I wanted a refund. First of all, I was sent the wrong doll that was defective (one eye was bigger than the other and the body was deformed). The other dolls were not reborn dolls.
The dolls at Dollar Tree looked better than the ones I received, I asked for them to send me shipping documents so I could send them back. They pretty much told me that they could not refund everyone's money who said they were not satisfied with the dolls. They asked for pictures and I asked for a shipping label. They told me that I would have to pay for shipping because of the cost of shipping it to me from China. They came back and said that they would refund me 50% and I can keep the dolls. I told them no. Then they offered me 70% and I said no. This went on for 2 days. I told them I had contacted my credit card company and I will wait to hear from them. Three days later I received an email from the doll company giving me a full refund. The next day I received an email from my credit card company saying my complaint was resolved in my favor. It looked like a reputable company, the reviews on the site were positive, the pictures looked good, the description looked great.
I was so excited for my baby doll to come.
When it finally came, I was so upset. It looked nothing like it's picture, it had no mottling to the skin, no fine lines or veining, needed more shading and looked like a doll with lipstick on.
The hair honestly was a joke, it was thick and bushy and in a square hairline with so many gaps, nothing like a newborn baby and nothing like I expected.
I contacted the company, they said its not a quality issue, and offered me $30 off. I said it is not fit for purpose, I do not want to keep it, they then offered me $60 off. I said that I cannot use it, I want a refund. They said that I will have to fund the return myself, if they give me more money off will I keep it. I said no, I honestly can't do anything with it.
I tried to leave a review on their website with photos, and they would not post it.
They are a fraudulent company with fake reviews and fake pictures and fake product descriptions with no quality control.
They said it was being sent from USA, but they said their returns address is in China.

Avoid like the plague, My daughter has been saving up for the silicone avatar doll on their website for ages, she finally has enough, and the doll they sent is an awful plastic cheap crap. The doll came from China, not the US like you are led to believe, I wouldnt be that bothered, but its children who they are ripping off!!

I’d give zero stars if possible. The site appears as if it is operating out of USA, but it operating out of China. The doll I received was nothing like the beautiful website picture. When I pushed for a refund I was offered 10% discount then 25% discount. Then given a false address to return doll to for “full refund on receipt”. I got my bank involved and thankfully I will get a full refund. Do not fall for their scam!

SCAM SCAM SCCAAAMMMM…Can I say that the word SCAM is to light of a word to use for this company! The doll I received is absolutely horrible. I’ve seen better made dolls from the Dollar Store! There is a special place for these people ripping people off of their money. I only wish I would have looked up reviews before today! My daughter has watched shipping updates and was so excited until she saw this monstrosity. She has cried because she can’t play with the doll she thought she was getting. This is a total scam - my daughter paid $200 plus Canadian for this doll and it is a COMPLETELY different doll than the one she ordered. She has been in tears since it arrived and how devastating for a young person who has waited over a month! I have emailed and sent photos and have heard nothing back and also would like to PHONE but can't find a phone number...this is just terrible. I ordered a reborn doll. In December for xmas. Back and forth with this MISUCB and they kept saying it was sent. They finally just quit responding. They are a scam And its very unlikely you will get what you ordered or a refund!

I received part of my order from this company. The most important part of the order, (the doll) never arrived. It has been over a month since I placed the order. I received a notification email last week stating that it had been delivered. I have security cameras proving that the order was not delivered. I figured I would give them at least a week just in case it had been dropped off at my post office. I contacted customer service and have not heard back.
I should have done my research prior to ordering from this company or at least have been a little bit more observant as there are tell-tale signs that this is not a "legit" company.
Once they have your email, they send multiple sales messages per day with subjects like, "about your order" and "Thank you for Your Purchase".
Avoid this company and shop local. They stole $100 from me and my daughter still does not have her doll. SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!

Update: after offering 10%, 20% 50% refund, Reborndollsshop eventually caved in and gave a full refund after I provided proof of fraud. The company they used as a front in the UK for their Terms of service had been dissolved since 2021. They have now changed the name of the company. But Reborndollshop originally asking me to pay to return to China a product different from what I ordered from a company labelled to be in the UK, is totally illegal, at least in Britain. So even if I hadn't given proof of fraud, my bank was going to refund me. For all of you who've also been had, it's worth doing a bit of investigation to get your money back.
I wish I had looked at the reviews on Trustpilot before buying a doll. The doll is nothing like the pictures on the site and hugely overpriced for what it is. The website gives an address in the UK in the Terms and Services of the purchasing contract but the company does not exist. It was dissolved in 2021.
So the business/website has now been reported to the Police on actionfraud.police.uk/
If you've been had by that company as well, as I can see from other Trustpilot reports, I'm sure you can find the reporting site in your respective countries.
Fortunately, my order was over £100 and I paid by credit card, so I will be able to recover the money from the credit card, which will take legal action action the company in order to recover their money, as that's the law in the UK. I wish good luck to all the other victims of this scammer, to recover their money.

The photo showed what looked like a real toddler called Hedy blond and beautiful lifelike. But I got a cheap doll that has a strong plastic odour and looks nothing like the photo - cheap blue dress, photo shows pink lovely sweater . I was shocked beyond belief . How could you sell rubbish and use photos of dolls that look like real children ??? This is illegal . The photo is completely different to the doll I received.
