All, I almost, almost purchased a doll, but kept checking. Red flags everywhere: data incorrect on some of the doll descriptions, only one picture of doll fully clothed (if you are spending this kind of $ you want to see the doll's details; hands/feet, torso). So sorry to those who fell victim.

I agree with those who say it’s a scam business and wish there were negative stars. It was a total waste of 150.00 the doll looks NOTHING like what I ordered and is a bulky hunk of junk. My order was never confirmed nor recieved until my bank got involved. But the company eagerly took payment. It was a Christmas present ordered well in advance and was only received this week. If I could give them 0 stars I would. My experience with this company has been hideous. They are 100% fraudulent and definitely not based in North America. They are in China. I ordered a reborn Elijah doll as a gift before Christmas. (around $155.00) After many weeks a box arrived and when I opened I was drawn to either cry or throw up. The "reborn Elijah" was as far from the one I ordered as possible. It looked like something from the Dollar store. Cheap, ugly and completely unsuitable to gift to ANYONE. Since that day, we have exchanged 22 emails where they offer to give me 30% if I return the doll. They do not provide a return label at all. The cost is left on you and when I took the nasty thing to the post office it was going to cost me $75+ to ship it on a slow boat to China. I was given the following address for returns: Mr. Tang Jiang, 2nd floor, No. 56 Jianlong St., Yuanshan Sub-District, Shenzhen City, 518000 GUANGDONG, P.R. China. I wonder if it is even a legitimate address. 22 emails later, I keep getting the same offer 30 - 35% refund and return the doll. Yeah, THAT"S gonna happen. I am embarrassed to admit I fell into this scam. It's the first time I have ever been involved in anything like it. I am usually a cautious soul. Don't buy from this site. They are definitely scammers . I wouldn't even give this doll to my dog. I quickly canceled my credit card when I received and opened the package. Be careful out there, folks. It's not the world I grew up in.

Having thrown consumer act 2015 at them, they have come back with 25% 😂 or resend doll back to China which would probably cost more than doll, and once they have received it(never to be seen again and all money lost) they would refund the full amount. It is laughable that these companies can get away with it. The web site says they want to give there customers 100% satisfactory service.🤬🤬 They do not inform you that your original order is unavailable or give you any choice they just box another up and send it then you have all this agrevation. They just want you to go away quietly.

As previous reviews, The doll I ordered is completely different poor quality, clothes cheap and tacky. Did receive within in 10 days. As soon as I saw tracking message and was coming from China I knew it would be a problem. No invoice in the box so no Idea how to send it back and get refund. Would advise anybody not to shop with them complete scam I spent £85 and could have got better off a shelf in any toy store.🤬

It’s a scam. Doll looks like a $20 doll from Target. Do not pay more than that for this doll. Additionally, they are in China or some asian country that scams Americans. I paid extra for shipping and was advertised as 3-7 days. They lie about being local. This doll that looks NOTHING like the photo took 22 days to arrive and I was completely disappointed. Also, the pacifier falls out the dolls mouth. Just a trash purchase. I was scammed.

Honestly 0 stars I paid for expedited processing due to holidays it said expecting ship time once shipped was 10-15 days they sent me one tracking number and shipped my order in 3 separate packages and it was a jigsaw puzzle trying to track them all I order the avatar doll and it was stolen after taking 26 days to be delivered now I am repeatedly emailing them to receive my money back! Purchased a baby avatar doll. The avatar doll that I purchased and the one I received were two very different dolls. Did some research and looked at a lot of different websites. They stole the photos off of Etsy and used them to advertise their fake, plastic garbage. When I confronted them they offered me 10% discount. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. You will be scammed.

I don’t know where to begin. I ordered a doll for my granddaughter’s birthday. It came on time, but when she opened the box it was not the doll she wanted. I thought I had made a mistake when I ordered, so I ordered the one she wanted for Christmas. I made sure it was the right one. I also paid for VIP service. I was totally scammed. Not only did it not arrive on time, they sent the same doll they sent the first time. You can only imagine how I felt when I saw the disappointment in my granddaughter’s face when she opened the wrong doll for the second time. There is no number to call. All the emails say the same thing. They’re sorry I’m disappointed, but my request for refund instructions are ignored. I would give negative stars, if I could. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They also have other websites , so be careful. The dolls are also not the best quality. The hair is horrible. It looks like the baby is going bald, you can’t even comb the hair… BUYER BEWARE!!!

Please don't do business with this online fake scamming, misrepresenting, misleading company.
They are based in BC Canada but they deal with a chinese based manufacturer.
The dolls look NOTHING like the dolls pictured online.
I am currently disputing the transaction with Mastercard.
I went on trusted pilot and sure enough the same thing happened to many customers.
They also have different web site offering reborn dolls that are all fake and extremely low quality.
Don't buy reborn dolls from those companies and always verify those companies with trusted pilot.

Ordered 3 dolls in total. First 2 came quickly. One was a toddler and looked like picture, and other was a newborn. The hair on the newborn was horrible for newborn hair and nothing like pictured but the doll itself is very good and very realistic like the toddler. The third doll was a newborn and we opted to irder one with painted hair instead and it was absolutely beautiful! Also came quickly. Ourfits on dolls are hit and miss..one had a cheap looking outfit and other 2 had nice outfits. Read reviews between ordering and recieving and was concerned about what was going to arrive if anything but happy with purchase!
