Transferring a prescription to another pharmacy is a universal procedure with pharmacies across the country so long as you have fills remaining on the prescription. When you inform our team of your wish to transfer a prescription, we ask that you pay the remaining visit fee as the provider visit cost is discounted when you use our pharmacy. Once that is paid, we ask that you reach out to the pharmacy you wish to have your prescription transferred to. Procedure dictates that the pharmacy receiving the prescription reach out to the pharmacy transferring the prescription. When your local pharmacy contacts our pharmacy, the pharmacists can proceed with transferring the prescription. We apologize for any delays or wait times as we were coming off of a holiday weekend and experiencing a higher volume of calls and emails. When you choose our pharmacy to ship your prescription(s), the default shipping method is through UPS Mail Innovations, which has an estimated delivery time of 3-7 days. We do offer expedited shipping through UPS as well, and the pricing and shipping options are listed on our website. The quickest way to get your prescription is to have it sent to your local pharmacy. While you would not be eligible for the discounted visit price when you choose to use our pharmacy, you would be able to get your prescription much more quickly.
