As I am sure you will appreciate, there are multiple factors that can affect the cost of a travel insurance policy. These include for example the age of a traveller, their medical conditions, the medical treatment costs in the country of travel and the type of policy i.e. basic or comprehensive. Rock is priced competitively within the travel insurance marketplace and we continuously review our products and pricing to ensure that the company remains competitive at all times. Dear Viraj, Thank you for your review, I am sorry you are unhappy with your recent encounter with Rock Insurance. I am sorry to hear that you do not like the way that the policy is set out. The first page, which is your certificate, tells you woh is covered, what cover level you chose, your trip dates and destination. The first 2 pages of your policy booklet explain what you are covered for. If there is anything that you are unsure of then please call us on 01293 855 783 and we will be happy to assist you.
