I ordered a shirt from rococity. The advertisement said the material was linen with stitched flowers on it. Yesterday after 6 weeks it arrived. The shirt is pure synthetic with a poor quality printed flowers on it. My worst buying on the internet ever for nearly 50 us dollar

Stay away from this company
Stay away from this company! The kimono I recieved was not sized correctly and the material was substandard, paper thin and was nothing like advertised on their website. The belt, which was shown as included--wasn't. The company presents a storefront as if they were an American company--but the products actually ship directly from China. Their product representations are highly deceptive--what you actually get is cheap crap.

Rococity deceive their customers by advertising their products as linen material and embroidered. I ordered numerous shirts all of which were a cheap synthetic material and poorly printed instead of linen material and embroidered as they advertise. Their customer service is virtually ZERO and they don’t accept returns. They are scammers and I have now reported them. Caveat Emptor “let the buyer beware” Do not buy from this company!

Fraud - quality, design, no tags
First -items delivered not near as the design quality I.e. fraudulent representative of what they promote online. Complete quality scam! Second- Fraudulent- illegal product importing into CAN/ USA as NO TAGS on clothes! No material ID, No country of origin, no material care instructions. Online they claim it’s linen but does not feel or crumple like linen. Ghosted by RocoCity Customer Service so I reported them to GoV and to my credit card/Chase bank. Just received FULL REFUND!!!

I love the looks of your shirts and pants. I wish your photos showed more of the same shirt from different angles—especially the back of the shirts. I also think it would be better if you had more filters in the search engine on the site. I’m really looking forward to receiving my order soon!
