I would rate my experience with…

I would rate my experience with Rococity as less than one star if that was an option, i was sent a shirt with an out of focus print having oldered a jacket, this crowd are total rip-off merchants, avoid at all costs or you will end up out of pocket, i can't understand why Facebook don't check who advertises on there paltform, so i won't be subscribing to them anymore either

Product image is totally different from what you will recieve, item is fully printed no embroidery and material is plasticky.

Delivery too very long, suspicious website that have no other contact method other than email, no reviews page and items is fake. Whats seen in photo attached is totally different from what I received! The item I received was fully printed on with no embroidery and the printing is horribly done! Im pissed!!!

Inferior-cheap & pathetic product supplied

The products shown in Rococity's website are very attractive but the actual product delivered is very cheap/Inferior and pathetic material. The product is named as “Men’s Classy White Almond Blossom EMBRODERED Linen Shirt”, whereas the shirt received is a printed design on a “Non-Linen Shirt” Material is very different from what is shown in picture, the look and feel is very cheap of the material which is received by us, whereas the website photo is showing very nice rich looking material. Rococity's website is deceiving people with wrong image and supplying inferior products. I have asked for refund and their team is yet to initiate any refund from last 16 days. I would not recommend their products and would have given -ve star rating.

Dishonestly misrepresents their product

I ordered three beautifully "embroidered" shirts - as displayed in their advertisement - from RocoCity.com. I received three polyester shirts with some slightly out of focus images printed on them. When I challenged the company through PayPal, they did refund my money.

The quality of clothing is atrocious…

The quality of clothing is atrocious especially considering the price. Transfer printed and the print is blurry.... nothing like website. Material definitely feels like polyester. This is definitely cheap Chinese market quality (lack of) clothing.... another Insta Scam....I have learnt my lesson.... DON'T buy anything from Rococrap or Instagarbage

This provider is a total con and rip-off.

Just received my order and I am totally disgusted at the poor quality. It is so bad that it is insulting. I ordered a printed shirt and pant outfit in linen. The shirt is some sort of non-descript polyester fabric with poor quality image shabbily printed over. The pants are some sort of cotton mix that do not match the shirt. To add insult to injury they were even damaged with puncture holes in the front leg. I would be embarrassed to be seen wearing this trash. I feel embarrassed to have been taken in by this con and advise others to steer well clear.

Awful awful products

Really wish I had checked the reviews before purchasing. Total scam. Awful awful fabric. Awful awful prints. Really upset that a Christmas present is now useless. I have already started the process to try and get a refund but don't hold out much hope. A reminder to everybody to always double-check reviews when buying things from overseas.

Scam 100% dropshipping from ALIEXPRESS

DO NOT BUY on this website. It's all dropshipping from ALIEXPRESS. If you put "rococity t-shirt" on google, you'll see it on products. They also say on the homepage: "FOUNDED AND RUN BY A FAMILY We are Olivia, Lucy, Alice, Justina and Matthieu: a family that initially had no connection to clothing, fashion or the like, but eventually found ourselves running a handmade and made-to-order clothing brand in the UK." BULLSHIT. All fake products, no LINEN it's all trash quality, nothing to do with the photos.

Absolute garbage.

Absolute garbage. This is the sort of trash that you can buy from a street vendor in SE Asia for pennies. Deliberately evasive about currency. Website quoted Australian dollars checkout was completed in US dollars and then converted back. My order ended up costing $40 more than I anticipated. Product was advertised as bamboo but feels like polyester. Can’t really be sure because there’s no label. Even the sizes are wrong. Expensive lesson learned. Avoid these crooks.
