V V poor quality clothing
Really really poor quality. Clothing Nothing like the website images. Very low resolution printing on very thin cheap polyester cloth. They are In China, and it’s too expensive to send back and they won’t give me a part or full refund like they said. I’m so pissed with them. Waste of time and money. I seriously recommend you DO NOT buy from them.

The worst experience imaginable. A bunch of thieves. All these pictures are fake. They use the worst materials. And all these designs are fake—very, very poor and cheap printing. I don't recommend buying even if they give you the products for free. The worst thing I've ever bought. A bunch of thieves.

This is not at all what i ordered. I ordered 2 shorts and 1 shirt all supposed to be high quality linen material with embroidery. What i recieved is some kind of cheap polyester material with very pixelated printing. I cant believe their prices for this garbage. Fool me once shame on me. Never again Rococity.

Scam! Cheapest dropship clothes. printed synthetics
I ordered clothes from there , it’s really SCAM!! I get the cheapest fabric with a low-quality print.. there was no embroidery or linen there.. The price of same shirt on AliExpress will be $1. I spent around 200 $ in this shop, and also paid for delivery and custom taxes… I was so disappointed, I just threw these things away

still haven't receive refund after 3 months. remember the clothing is poor quality, ie. thin polyester fabric, the print quality is very poor, and the image is pixelated unlike the imagery on the website. very very disappointed. and out of pocket.
Very big dissapointment
I was really impressed with their Samurai Cat prints and ordered one shirt. Unfortunately, the print itself was ugly (like 640x480 picture) and the fabric was like washable tablecloth. I've asked for return and have no answer for 3 weeks.

SCAMMERS - DONT BUY
I ordered what was advertised as a Linen Embroidered Shirt from Rococity as a Wedding Anniversary Gift, exactly like the elegant embroidered product shown on their website. What I received was nothing like it — there was no embroidery at all, only a cheap printed pattern on very low-quality synthetic fabric that feels rough, thin, and plasticky. The quality is so terrible it couldn’t even be worn as a pyjama top. When I contacted their support for a refund, they asked me to send photos of the product, which I did right away — but after that, they completely stopped responding. No refund, no replacement, no further communication. This is clear false advertising and a scam operation. Rococity lures customers in with fake photos and misleading descriptions. Avoid this seller at all costs! SCAM ALERT!!!
