I had already made arrangements to attend, so this was a complete waste of my time. I ended up booking with another dealer instead. Very unprofessional and poor communication. LKA02 Space Shuttle problems. I have done many, many ROKR projects with a fantastic deal of success, until I purchased the Space Shuttle. Let down by poor quality control, I am absolutely disgusted that after paying so much for a Robotime model kit I find parts have mot been cut or stamped correctly. I am referring to the sheet M in this set. Trying to pop out the main part M10 caused the part to rip. Further trying to pop out the 4 oblong cutouts is impossible as they have not been completely cut. It seems like this film piece will be in view, so I have come to a full stop. No replies from ROKR UK or China. This company has got too big too fast and quality and customer service are non existent. Perhaps it is time to try the newer 3d wooden model manufacturers. Do I return to Amazon as defective……… Just to prove ROKR are getting too big and impersonal I had an AI robotic response pointing me to a spare parts request link. IF approved, 2 days picking and 5-10 days in the mail. No response still from the much, much nearer U.K. warehouse, too lazy to respond….. Overall extremely poor ROKR. Getting too big to care. Robotime emailed me today saying my package had been sent, but on checking the consignment number, the carrier has only been advised that it is coming. I think the robotic Anna at Robotime customer service is probably AI. As I said before, getting too big to care. There are better model kit makers out there.

I have finished my 10th model and have enjoyed every one even when I’ve broke apart as an email to yourselves is always followed with a polite and speedy response. Instructions could be improved, especially when the spacing is critical. More detail would help to reduce errors, in particular the alignment of the transport wheels.i had to reassemble 2 times. My two assemblies work poorly. I waxed all the gears multiple times to help, but the motor didn’t run smoothly. Marbles fall out at different location. Have had to glue tracks that wouldn’t stay down. My product marble run is the product i am speaking about. Marble jam on load, they fall out as they go from first track to second.

Models are at the top of precision models. Love making them, recently bought all four Industrial City models which are plastic but totally amazing. Go together with no problems and look great in operation. Cost is very reasonable and make great presents.

This was both a fascinating and tricky assembly. Some of the smaller items are very fragile, and I did have to glue (gasp) two brackets that run over the plastic cover for the conveyor belt. (My bad, I pressed too hard to release the parts from the matrix, and clumsily pressed too hard when fitting them to the model) Otherwise this is a challenging puzzle, and worth the work involved in the assembly.
