Reviewers had a great experience with this company. Customers really love the intricate designs and find assembling the wooden models to be a relaxing, highly engaging, and rewarding hobby. People often mention that the instruction books are very clear and easy to follow, and the customer support team is genuinely helpful whenever unexpected problems arise. Some reviewers were not happy with the overall quality, noting that certain wooden components are quite fragile and prone to breaking easily during the assembly process. Consumers also mentioned needing extra glue and experiencing difficulty when applying heavy pressure to fit tight pieces together properly.

We sincerely appreciate your positive review. If you need help with additional orders, assembly tips, or troubleshooting, we’re always ready to support you.
The rocket ship kit is absolutely spectacular! The instructions are very easy to understand and follow, the material of the pieces are very strong and sturdy, and the finished build is so satisfying to watch in action. I highly recommend this kit!

I built the Coffee Factory and the completed project is awesome. Unfortunately, I broke a few pieces that did not have spares, but glue helps. This is a rather complex puzzle that requires lots of patience, but perfection takes time. The only problem that I have is that after completing assembly, the four lower cups do not rotate consistently but there is no way that I can find to get access to the gears to check for a bind even though everything was waxed very well. This was my 4th puzzle and my next one is the typewriter.
We sincerely appreciate your positive message. If you have additional product or order-related questions, our team is here to assist.
The instructions were clear and concise with very accurate illustrations. Model parts are precisely cut and fit together without problems. All in all, a great puzzle to assemble and to absorb my attention to rest my brain when I needed the distraction.
Thank you for your generous feedback. Ensuring your satisfaction is our priority. If anything else comes up, don’t hesitate to let us know.
We truly appreciate the time you took to share your experience. Should you need further assistance, we’re always glad to help.
Very enjoyable & relaxing . Thank you for these fun projects.
Thank you for such a warm review. Your satisfaction means a lot to us. If you need anything else, just reach out.
I have purchased many of your products, and I have been very pleased with the quality.. This swing ride, proved to be difficult simply because the wood planks were very thin. The quality of wood was very difficult to work with. They would often break, just taking them off the plank. A little disappointed.
Your feedback is greatly appreciated. We’re delighted that our service was helpful. If there’s any way we can continue assisting you, please feel free to reach out.
This purchase was for a gift for my cousin. He loves it!
Your positive review inspires our whole team! Thank you for being a valued customer.
First purchase was the pinball machine and received a free gift. Started with the free rubber band working gun. Lots of fun. Then the pinball machine. Fantastic lazer cut sheets. Fantastic instruction book. Take you time and read everything and you will not go wrong. The lights, music, electronics are amazing. Was fun, exciting and felt accomplished after. And then time to play .. big smiles.
We appreciate you so much for your kind feedback! It makes our day meaningful.
This was a fun build and the finished product is a fun addition to my collection. The piece es are well designed and go together well and the moving parts work perfectly.
Thank you for sharing how happy you are with our service! It means the world to us.
High quality product, when there was an issue, which has only happened once in 16 builds that I’ve done, they shipped me a replacement part very quickly.
Your satisfaction is our greatest achievement! Thank you for your trust and support.
Easy to order and fast delivery. Very well made although I found some of the parts difficult to press out. Lots of engineering going into these units. Some difficulty in adding parts that require pressure to install and where it is not possible to provide back pressure on the part. I enjoyed building these and find it a relaxing hobby.
We’re delighted we could make your experience better! Thank you for your lovely review.
This company made products using cheap materials that are so weak that toothpicks are stronger than it. They also make instructions that are easily misunderstood, which caused me to have to redo an entire set just to fix a tiny mistake. ROKR even gives exposed electronics to kids who don't even know how dangerous it is! Even worse, most parents give kids products for older ages, meaning young kids could be badly injured because of the electrical components and the cheap products. ROKR, if you are reading this, use stronger materials and raise the age limit, before you are charged with murder!
We sincerely regret that you had such a bad experience with our product. We attach great importance to your feedback on material durability, confusing instructions and safety concerns. We will optimize material quality, polish assembly guides and strictly mark applicable age ratings clearly. We always prioritize user safety and will make corresponding improvements earnestly.
I have built several ROKR wooden models including the Pinball Machine, Space Shuttle, Gift Factory and several smaller kits. I really felt challenged and enjoyed each and every one of them. I usually take several weeks to build each model working only a short period each day to get maximum enjoyment and also get it put together the way the instructions say to do it. If I work too long at one time I tend to make mistakes. The main reason for writing this review is because I just started the Dream Coffee Factory and while doing the first electrical test the sound failed. This is the first time ever that I have had a problem with one of their kits. I sent an email to Robotime customer service about the problem and the testing procedure I used and they responded to my email within less than 24 hours asking me to verify my shipping address. Then they followed up the next day with an email telling me the replacement parts were on the way and the following day I receive another email with the tracking number for the shipment. The package is coming from China so I am now waiting but am very impressed with their customer service so far.
Thanks a lot for your kind words! It really motivates us to keep doing our best. If you ever need help with anything — big or small — just reach out to us anytime. We’re always happy to support you.
Fun to put together and fun to pay the game.

Easy ordering and fast delivery. Everything in good condition and clear instructions
Thank you for leaving such a lovely comment! We're always here if you need assistance with your product or order.
I just love this process, and so far ROKR is the best quality of the kits I have tried.
We’re delighted to hear everything went well. If you have any questions down the road, we’ll be ready to assist.
Enjoyable model kits I have done many however many of the kits have very small pieces that are prone to breaking therefore a tube of glue is essential. ROKR state that glue is not needed however many of the flimsy pieces will need to be glued. .
Thanks for your genuine feedback. We note small fragile parts are easy to break, so glue is practically necessary during assembly. Though official design doesn't require adhesive, we'll optimize part firmness in future products. Appreciate your valuable tip.
The ROKR Coffee Dream Factory was a fun build. Shipping did take a while tho. ROKR has a good reputation for building colorful 3-D wood kits that are very entertaining with many moving parts, LED lighting and music. The rotating coffee cups with the coffee bean grinder/roaster pouring into the coffee cups, with serving “bear paws” is a cute addition and the music theme is a delight. The USB connection is the best feature; NO batteries required!
Thank you for your warm feedback! Supporting you is always our pleasure. Let us know anytime if you need help.
