THE BIGGEST SCAMMERS

The biggest SCAMMERS, if I could give them zero star I would! They shipped the products late! Quality ZERO, what shows on the website you will not receive that you will get a cheap quality! Asked for return!!!but they ghosted me, then they said no return we will give you a portion back, then when I send them photos of how the cloths look like and how they scammed me they said send the cloths and your have to pay for shipping and any other cost then we will see if we can pay you???? I swear to God if the cloths were a little bit nicer I would have kept them, because I had few events and I trusted them, don't fall for this website!!!!

I ordered shorts that were too big and wanted to return them, but they offered to send me a size small and I didn't have to send them back, which is very convenient. I've bought them several times and even though I sent them back.

Cute Jean One-Piece Jumpsuit from Scacto

Okay, so I took a chance on this $78 jean one-piece jumpsuit I spotted on Scacto’s site and honestly, it looked so good in the photo I couldn’t resist. When it arrived, it was almost like the picture super cute, but I wish the material was just a bit thicker like it appeared online. Still, it’s adorable! Now, let’s talk sizing.. definitely runs small. I reached out to customer service to see if I could exchange it for a bigger size, and they were so nice and super prompt! They gave me a few options and made the whole exchange process easy and stress-free. This is actually my second purchase from them, and so far, I’m impressed. I was a little nervous about those “ships in 15–20 days” vibes (you know how some overseas sites can be sketchy), but it came in about 10 days! 🙌🏽 Now I’m just waiting for my new size to arrive because I cannot wait to rock this cute denim jumpsuit. It’s giving effortless, casual-chic, perfect for brunch, errands, or just feeling cute on a regular day.

Incredible value for money

I bought two items of clothing from Scacto and as if not bought from them before, I was cautious. It was very unnecessary caution! My items arrived in good time and were absolutely beautiful. Both just as seen in the photographs and really lovely material. Well made and so worth the money. The customer care is excellent and the the communication five star. I will most definitely buy from Scacto again.

Avoid especially if ordering from the UK

I placed an order on the 9th October and paid for it expedited (4-7days) and it’s only just been shipped! Customer service is terrible no answers to your enquires, I’ve asked for refund on my shipping and been totally ignored. Judging by comments I’m next expecting great things when my order finally arrives. Very disappointed as I spent a lot with this company. Wish I’d seen reviews as I would have thought twice before buying from this company!

I ordered a jumpsuit from your store. It looks great, just like the photo. It fits well, but you might need to go up a size for a better effect. Overall, it's a great item! The package arrived quickly!
