cheap and poorly made

the delivery was timely but the items were very cheaply and poorly made. I guess that's what you get when ordering from Chinese sweat shops. lesson learned... stay away from this website

Dresses undelivered!

I ordered 2 dresses a month ago, and gave the correct address, and kept tracking the process. On the 6th of November, I saw that the parcel had been returned to the business owner, as it was an unsuccessful delivery, and I was not called. I was at home and had no delivery I reached out to the customer service; they took a while to respond, and when they finally did, they requested my home address, phone number, and I provided that information. It has been 2 whole weeks since then, and a month since I made the order. I do not know where my order is, and the team is saying they will let me know since 5 days ago, they haven't to date. I will not let the amount spent on those dresses go if I do not get my item. I do not care if this is a scam site, as purported or not!

Excellent experience

I recently purchased a dress from this online store and, honestly, I was a bit skeptical at first. I wasn’t sure if the website was reliable, but I decided to give it a try. To my surprise, everything turned out amazing! The company is truly professional and trustworthy. The dress quality exceeded my expectations, the fabric, the fit, everything looks and feels premium. Considering how affordable the prices are compared to the quality, it’s absolutely worth it. On top of that, their customer service is outstanding: they respond quickly and are super helpful. I 100% recommend this store!

I gave them one star because I had to. I would give them zero stars. I bought "embroidered, linen" tops. Three of them. What I received were bad polyester printed tops. Nothing close to what they showed and I bought. I called them and they said they would give me a 50% refund which was not acceptable to me. Thankfully, my credit card company was able to get me a full refund. Do NOT purchase anything from this company.
