Clothing arrived and not nearly the quality I expected for the cost. I followed the return policy as outlined on the website as I wanted a full refund. Emailed 4 times with NO reply. Then had to communicate via chat on the website, where I was given instructions. Was never sent instructions via email so that there's no paper trail, I can only assume. Since I didn't want a 50% refund, I packaged my order to send back, and since they don't provide a return shipping label, the shipping cost was going to be $150CAD!!! (More then half of what I spent on my order). I sent another chat explaining this and instead decided to take a 50% refund and keep the items, which I'll never wear. Compete scam! This is how they swindle countless customers, I'm sure. Colossal waste of my time and money. I will never shop here again and want to warn anyone considering shopping with this company. Be warned.

You know, so many sites are scams but this one is legitimate.
I order the Solid Color Backless Blazer.
Expecting a long shipping time, I was pleasantly spirited at how quickly my order arrived.
Much to my dismay, the blazer was too tight.
I reached out to Scacto and they responded quickly.
They are sending me a larger size at no cost to me. WOW. What great customer service!!
I really love the variety and style of clothing that they offer and will definitely be ordering from them again.

Absolutely incredible customer service from Scacro, I had purchased a beautiful denim set with a cropped jacket & wide leg pant in a size small. When I received the item was a little large & the company was amazing with shipping me a XS. I also got this backless black blazer that I am obsessed with.
The items were sized far too small. I didn’t get the shirt I ordered. I got a different shirt that was completely different. I will not use them again. I don’t know how their reviews are so high.

Kristy went so far as to confirm our measurements to verify the correct fitment, so we were assured the right size. It was a great shopping experience, the clothes are super classic. When I received them, I received quality products with excellent tailoring, the sizes are correct and the dresses are super.
But I have a small comment: I would prefer that the belts that came with the dresses were a little larger and could be adjusted to fit my waist.
Service was good , quality of clothing appalling . Cheapest of cheap buttons half falling off , all colors sewn up with white thread .
Long sleeved T's - wouldn't have minded if a pattern was printed onto a colored t-shirt fabric but to print the color onto a white !!!fabric !!!!?
I won't be buying anything from this mob again .
I really love the styles and good quality , reasonable price ,bit heavy on top although 12 on top a bit bigger , some tops i like only go large and am gutted
