AI 生成Reviewers had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the stylish clothing designs, premium fabrics, and the exceptionally helpful customer care team that handles inquiries daily. Many consumers state that the apparel matches online photographs well, offering great value and smooth order updates. People are especially happy with how quickly support resolves sizing exchanges when items do not fit correctly. However, some people mentioned issues with unexpected shipping delays and prolonged communication gaps when tracking missing packages. A few other people also felt that the actual items received did not match online photos, featuring disappointing fabric quality or incorrect measurements.

Do not buy from them
Do not buy from them. Bought a biker jacket that looked really awesome on the picture but what I received was little more than what looked like a garbage bag with buttons. I paid 68 euros for this crap. I wanted to return but you have to pay for the return at your own expense with registered mail to China which costs between 40 and 80 euros. I opted for keeping the garbage bag and getting a 40% refund. Which was 23 euros. The other 48 euros they pocketed it themselves. I am outraged. Do NOT buy from them. Huge SCAM!!
Great Clothing & Customer Service
I've ordered numerous items from Scacto, needless to say, I Love their clothes. The quality is top tier and I am definitely a repeat customer... Customer service & their response was quick & fair. I appreciate you Scacto. Thank you soooo much... :)
I DO NOT RECCOMEND Scacto! Poor customer service.
I have ordered a blazer with them a month and half ago, the order never arrived to me, it’s stucked in Hungary somewhere and NOBODY from Scacto is willing to help. I have sent several emails and Instagram messages to be helped with the delivery, they are not helpful at all. On the end I have asked for a refund, nobody is answering anymore. I DO NOT RECCOMEND Scacto at all!

leather jacket
This leather jacket exceeded my expectations. The material feels high-quality and durable, with solid stitching that looks like it will hold up over time. The fit is true to size and comfortable enough for all-day wear, whether layered or worn on its own. I really like the classic style—it’s versatile and works for both casual and slightly dressed-up looks. One thing I especially appreciated is how well it keeps you warm without feeling too heavy. The only minor downside is that it took a little time to break in, but after that it fit perfectly. Overall, a great investment if you’re looking for a stylish and reliable jacket

HORRIBLY CHEAP
Their clothing is HORRIBLY CHEAP! I ordered a blouse which was supposed to have floral lace embroidery. It was completely polyester. They then charge you for return shipping. What a JOKE!
