If I could give this zero stars I would. This dress was nothing like the photo. I bought this dress for my daughter's graduation. She hated it because it's very poor quality and the fit was atrocious!! Of course it will cost more to return than the cost of the dress itself. Stay away from this company.

I purchased the blue sequin shorts and was very pleased with the quality. The shorts are lovely, well-made and the sequins add a beautiful touch. Delivery was prompt and the overall customer service was good. However, I only ordered them because I believed they were part of a matching set. The product description on the website mentions the jacket, which led me to believe that both items were included. When only the shorts arrived, I found this quite confusing and somewhat misleading. The description could be much clearer about what is and is not included in the purchase. That said, the shorts themselves are excellent quality and I am happy with the item. Clearer product descriptions would improve the shopping experience. That is the only reason why I have given a 4* due to the confusion. You need to be more clear on the description that it is the shorts alone, do not mention the “Jacket Shorts” other than “you can purchase the matching jacket separately”.

This is my first time ordering from Scacto, and so far the experience has been smooth and straightforward. The ordering process was easy to use, and everything has gone well up to this point. I have ordered three items and am now waiting for delivery. If the delivery and the items themselves meet expectations, I would be happy to use Sacto again in the future. The dress measurements were not consistent with the listing. For my size, the chest was to be 35.4"-37" and items says "runs true to the size chart and is cut to suit our size chart." Item also said "has mid stretch." The items has zero stretch, and the chest measured 32". I sent photos confirming this information, requesting a full refund. They refused. They would only offer 50% refund, or I could return ship for my cost to China ($30-40). They disregarded all pictures and proof I sent to qualify a full refund. I was going to dispute with my visa, but I was honestly done dealing with the issue for weeks. I accepted the 50% refund, and now I am out $45 and will donate the item. Beware.
Do Not Buy from this Company! It did take a little longer than expected to receive my items, but customer service was really great and assured me they would arrive. HOWEVER, they sent me a product that has a similar cut as the item I ordered, but the wrong fabric. They expect me to pay for the shipping to China and it was THEIR MISTAKE. Quality is similar to SHEIN
After waiting 27 days after ordering I received my order of three shirts. They all were too small and I made sure I ordered larger because I know they make them smaller and two of the items smelled heavily of perfume -I can only assume they sent me return items from another customer. I immediately that day tried to start contacting them by email as that is the only way I could find to get in touch with them. After emailing them everyday for a week I have yet to hear from them on how I can return these items. I can't say I'm surprised but will not ever order from them again. They have my money and that is all they care about.
