I am generally a size L/US10/UK 14 and I buy XL with Scacto.
XL is slightly (no alterations needed) looser, but I do so to prevent unnessecary returns and delays.
Very Disappointing Return Process — I Do Not Recommend SCTAO
I’m very disappointed with my experience with SCTAO, especially their return process and customer service.
Before ordering, the return policy made it seem like returning an item would be simple: contact them by email, send the item back, and receive a refund. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience at all.
The dress I received looked nice, but the fit was completely wrong for me — not even close. I emailed customer service to explain that I wanted to return it for a refund.
A customer service representative named Sarah responded, but instead of simply providing the full return address and instructions, there has been a lot of back-and-forth. First, I was offered a $10 refund to keep the dress. I explained again that the dress does not fit and that I wanted to return it.
Then I was offered $20 to keep the dress. But $20 does not solve my problem — I have a dress that I cannot wear.
I was also told that I should first check with shipping companies to find out how much it would cost to ship the dress back to a city in China. However, they still did not provide me with the complete return address, even after I clearly stated that I wanted to return the item.
This makes the return process feel unnecessarily difficult. If a company says customers can return an item, then once a customer requests a return, they should provide a complete return address and clear instructions instead of repeatedly offering small partial refunds to convince the customer to keep an item that does not fit.
After several emails, I became tired of going back and forth. I am very disappointed with how SCTAO has handled this situation. At this point, I simply want to see the company step up, treat the customer fairly, provide the complete return information, accept the return, and issue the appropriate refund.
Based on my experience, I do not recommend this website, especially if there is any possibility that you may need to return your purchase. The after-purchase customer service and return process have been extremely frustrating.
I ordered two beautiful blazer jacket from the store and I have gotten nothing but excellent service from them. I bought a large, but I needed an extra large. They took it back with no problem. The service was excellent timely. The delivery was excellent and timely. Thank you guys so much for such a beautiful product and professional service.

i purchased a dress on 4/18 they did not ship til 6/1,. i bought insurance and could not use it because it was outside the of the 90 time frame when it supposedly arrived. do not buy from them. their customer service is not exsistent. i actualy have purchsed other things from them they arrived but took a very long time AND WERE NOT AS SPECIFIED, STAY AWAY
Not as Advertised — Shipped from China, Poor Quality
I received a partial order from this company, and the products delivered did not match the advertised specifications. Although the listing indicated the items were shipped from the United States and made from 95% cotton, the package actually arrived from China, and the materials were clearly not cotton. The items looked like low‑quality imitations, and none of them had labels inside, which raises concerns about authenticity and compliance. Overall, this experience was disappointing, and I will not be ordering from this company again.
The clothes on Scacto are well made. Everything looks just like the pictures. The customer service is great as well. If you ever have an issue with sizing or returns they are very accommodating.
Items were too small so they agreed to refund if I paid for return. I did so, and have not been able to contact them since. No replies to my emails. Now they have the items back as well as my money!!
It was fabulous to receive the jeans that looked just like on the model walking. I wish I had bought the matching jacket now!! It came quite quickly and I’m in Australia. Thank you can’t wait to take them out 🥰

AN EDIT TO THIS POST..........It is now weeks since I wrote the review below and have now sent SACTO NINE emails. I have had just one reply offering 20% refund which I refused and have heard nothing since. JUST A TERRIBLE, THIEVING, DISHONEST COMPANY AND I WILL BE LOOKING FOR MORE PLACE TO EXPOSE THEM.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS ROGUE COMPANY. I ordered a top from ScactoUS and it took a long time to arrive. When it did I could see that the advert had the pockets on the front, the actual item had pockets sewn into the side, the advert had a certain bust size, the actual item was 4 inches smaller than that stated. The material quality was very poor and cheap. I read their return rules for a full refund and was ok, so I sent my first email to them asking how to return it. No reply. Two more identical emails since then and still no reply. I will carry on sending emails till I hear from them. Terrible terrible company,,,,,thieves.
