Exchange and Return

Ordering was simple and straightforward. I purchased two dresses and was very pleased with the quality of both of them. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong size for one of the dresses and when I reached out to customer services, I got an immediate response with clear instructions on what to do. The team was very easy to work with and I'll definitely be ordering from them again.

Very professional

The customer service is amazing they respond back to your email regarding exchanges, refunds or any general questions you may have. I also love the quality of their merchandise, it looks exactly like the picture on their website. I highly recommend this company.

Absolutely the worst company I've ever dealt with! Ordered 9/11 because I had a wedding to attend on 10/11. I was notified it was delivered at 3am. Did not receive anything emailed them since that's the only way we can communicate. (Takes them hoursssss or days to respond) She claims it was delivered nothing can be done. They send a Google like picture of my home in broad daylight but claim to delivered it during the nighttime? Which she couldn't give me an answer. I paid almost 80$ which I'm not just going to freely let them keep my money. I am STILL fighting them on this issue and they can't resolve anything. That package protection you pay in case this happens? A JOKE!

Great customer service

I ordered from this company thinking it would be a major scam, but was happily surprised. The items aren’t exactly as the images portray as the fabric either looked thicker or a different material all together but they are definitely very close! I am happy with my purchase. I ordered an do based on measurements but items were too big they offered to send a new set in Large if I wrote a review. I was impressed with customer service, shipping times and ultimately the large fit great! Thank you scacto

I’ve purchased the backless black blazer, excellent quality, I ordered a medium and reached out to the seller. I’m extremely happy that they’ll replace it with a large size.

Size issue, and was resolved as soon as :)

Affordable and helpful

The dress I received from here is gorgeous — and when the size turned out to be wrong for me, they offered to send a new size for free. It was very affordable in the first place, too.

My experience was amazing. My purchase came really quickly, which was a major plus since I really had some urgency. The dress is amazing. I will have to tailor it to fit me perfectly, but nothing really major. I will definitely purchase more clothing

Stylish denim jumpsuit!

Absolutely love this denim jumpsuit! It is stylish and of good quality. I get a lot of compliments on my outfit. Worth the wait on shipping to Europe.

Ordered wrong size

Ordered wrong size, they offered two options for exchange/return. Pleasant experience and appear to be easy to work with. The process is seamless. I’ll order again clothes are of high quality and reasonable priced.

The material of my set was great quality, the top was too large and they have promptly got back to me and sending me my changed size. The set was true to its pictures and description. I’m in love with it and have already worn the pants out and people kept commenting as they wanted them.
