We’ve used SeaBay Freight twice now and both experiences have been great. Wilson has been our main point of contact and he’s been amazing. He’s quick to respond, super organized, and always makes sure everything goes smoothly from pickup to delivery. Freight forwarding can be a headache but working with Wilson has made it easy and stress free. We’ll definitely keep using SeaBay for future shipments and would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable shipping partner.

Seabay service was remarkably good, including orders consolidation from factories in Shen Zhen, repacking at no extra charge and lower price than my Fedex rates. I greatly appreciate it that there is one account manager (Lucas in my case) that always answered me within 24 hours, even on weekends and kept tracking the shipment and offering help when it was delayed in customs.
