Our Customer Support team is happy to help you find it if you're having trouble locating the My Account page. We apologize if you found some of our analysis generic or conflicting. Conflicting recommendations can sometimes happen when a recommendation helps improve a specific area of your health. For example, to improve your health in area A, we may recommend eating more protein, however to improve your health in area B, we may recommend eating less protein. We suggest using our recommendations feature to avoid any confusion. The list of recommendations we provide is prioritized for you based on the number of risks (genetic, lab, lifestyle) it will help with. Additionally, your top recommendations may tend to be the things that seem "generic" or obvious, because they are the dietary, lifestyle, and supplement recommendations that are going to be most effective and have the most research behind them. I assure you, our platform has not been dumbed down. In fact, SelfDecode is the only company using cutting-edge Polygenic Risk Scoring for the direct-to-consumer market. We analyze millions of variants per health topic, which means the most accurate risk scores, and the best personalized recommendations based on your DNA. Not only that, but we compared our methods to the leading academic and industry models and ours outperformed these. As for features behind our subscription model, we've carefully curated our offerings to provide a balance between free and premium content. We're constantly evaluating and refining our approach to ensure it aligns with the needs of our users.
