I ordered 4 tops and was utterly disappointed in the quality, sizing and cut of all 4 tops. They look like nothing like the photos on their website. The material is not "flowing" as on their website and the sizing is also "huge".
Have send an email to obtain instructions and refund but I'm sceptical if I'm going to hear back from them.

Blouses look NOTHING like the photos. Cheap fabric that is printed. Not the embroidered styles depicted. Sizes are inconsistent. I will keep them to knock around in. Would not recommend.
I purchased 3 blouses. It took a few weeks for them to arrive and I was extremely disappointed in what I received. Nothing like what I ordered. Cheaply made, no embroidery, just printed flowers on cheap material. TOTAL SCAM!!!!
After waiting many, many weeks I finally received my product. It was NOTHING like it was advertised! Instead of an embroidered 3-D beautiful top, I received a cheap, printed top. I had bought 3 and none of them were as advertised. What a scam!
The communication process is terrible. From the online commercials for this company, it looks like an American company, however everything comes from China. The company messed up my address and I have not received my order. They will not rectify the problem and told me to go to the post office to try and ?maybe? Solve the problem they created. They received my money but won't help me. At this point I doubt I'll receive my order ( first time customer)and definitely not a refund it seems. I'm hoping this is not a scam company.
I ordered a shirt with detailed embroidery and received a dress length item with a flat and shiny surface. It was NOTHING like the item I ordered and the item I ordered was around $50. It was so disappointing and maddening. And I don’t know if I can get reimbursed. The email I got from them initially said to take a picture and they’d look into it. I haven’t heard anything since and am getting no response to my emails now.

I ordered a beautiful flowered linen and lace dress. I got some cheap polyester dress that I wouldn’t be seen wearing. I ordered the dress again thinking that this was a fluke. No, same ugly dress arrived. Very unethical business. Don’t shop with them!
Minus 10. If the dress I bought was advertised as is I would have passed. I purchased three dresses from this company. I have only received one, one was missing from my front steps and the third one never arrived. Not impressed with this company at all and my card was compromised shortly after buying from them. I’m extremely angry over being taken by the advertising and photos of the clothing and what in actuality they are selling!! It is Crap, with no embroidery or stitching, or colors even slightly matching the pictures. I had to email about returning my purchase and have not gotten a response yet. I thought since they were supporting Breast Cancer awareness it was a legit company. Sad and pathetic, and wish I had read reviews!!!! Shame on me I was a fool!!!
Took a long time to receive the items purchased. I ordered 4 lovely looking tops, which were supposed to be embroidered.. all 4 were inferior quality and the patterns were printed.. not embroidered.. am trying to deal with them… still waiting for a resolution..
The clothes looked perfect for me but what was shown is not what I received. Sizes are way off even using their size chart, but to get them to fit right looks aweful. And the colors and quality did not match. I would recommend NOT ordering anything from this store no matter how good you think it looks.
