I ordered what was displayed as a beautiful blouse with embroidery embellishments , was sent a awful nylon tee shirt with the ugliest print on it / This site is a scam . When you try to contact them you get no answer for a few days , then get offered a 20% discount on a future order….no refund or address for return…..BUYER BEWARE

I purchased two things off this website - the description said it was a full length Knit sweater coat and the blouse was supposed to be linen. My order #SHPCGW75709 - I received it on 5-25-26 and tried to return it the minute I checked it. They told me they would get back to me in 5 to 7 days. What I got was a weird feeling fabric made to look like a knit - it was puffy like Styrofoam. It had a plastic feel. The so called linen blouse, also had a plastic feel, the embroidered edge was a discoloration on the fabric and it was not fitted as their product showed - it was boxy made more for a man and the arms were small. Needless to say today is 6-3-26 and I had to reach out to them again. When asking to return the items, their response is to offer me 10% back and I keep something that I cannot wear! I paid almost $82 and they want me to take $8 and eat the other $74. No customer service - it is from China. I will never buy from this site again! This is my last online order especially from a China based company!

The items is just received from SHEENPLACE do not look anything like what I saw in the pictures. the picture states they are hand embroidered, they is NO embroidery anywhere. The material is thin and dull colored. Items do not even look like the picture. They take a long time to get here. I paid a lot of money for about $3.00 worth of material in 2 items. Very disappointing. I am home bound and crippled and wanted something nice. I did not get anything nice here. Not even close to what the pictures look like. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Sheen or Sheen place has misleading ads for vintage BoHo clothing, which look like beautiful embroidered blouses and dresses. What I received was a very tacky flat printed blouse not even close to what I had ordered. I took pictures of the product I ordered and the product I got and sent them to them and told them there must be a mistake that is not the blouse I ordered, and multiple times my reply was said they were gonna send this to a different department branch and get back to me. I emailed called and wrote the company numerous times to get the address of where I should return it as I knew I only had a 30 day timeframe and I didn't know if that's from the day. I ordered it or the day I received it. And never heard back from them. I told him I was gonna return it to the address on the package if I didn't hear from them, which I ended up doing. Now four weeks later I do hear from them as I sent them the copy of the returned blouse that I paid for tracking to prove they had gotten it. And they're saying that they can't authorize a return because I didn't return it to China. Now that I ordered from them, I'm getting numerous advertising from companies that sell the same items like. Artwearsy but at least in their descriptions they say it is a 3-D print of the blouse or dress. Whereas.Shern not only says it's embroidered, but they actually show in a video that it is actually a embroidered flower and she uses her fingers to fluff it up so you can see that. So yes, another lesson learned. I should've researched the company before ordering because I see they get all of the same negative reviews. Not the product ordered, not the description of the product ordered, returns are impossible. I wish I could post a picture of the blouse. I ordered in the blouse I got sent, but it will not let me.

This is a Scam website never received the order no response from multiple emails they will not return the money they stole from me over $200 website gives a Canadian address but is actually out of China I only got 1 response when i asked about expediting shipping and it had to be Interpreted from Chinese. All other requests emails and Inqueries have gone unanswered. Still no items or refunds i ordered over 2 months ago.

The clothes pictured on this website were beautiful. It is a large website and looks very legitimate. It is supports all major credit cards and payment servers. I ordered 2 beautiful linen/cotton embroidered/appliqued tops and a white linen/cotton embroidered/appliqued maxi dress. I was so looking forward to receiving my new clothes. It took about 2 weeks in shipping. Never received a definite delivery date, it just showed up. Opened the BAG and in it were grossly misrepresented garments consisting of poorly screen printed polyester t-shirts and a dress of the same material. Return policy is ambiguous. Tells you to contact them by email address. No proper return instructions. Very disappointed. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!! SCAMMERS!!!!

Horrible products. Looks nothing like the description or pictures. The fabric is like rubber. I would never order anything from this company. It’s a hate and switch! I can’t believe that this company is allowed to keep trading . The advertisements they use to entice customers look amazing but what you get is very poor quality synthetic screen printed items and nothing like the hand embroidered items shown in the photos . They refused to let me return the items - they offered a 10% and then a 30% discount but I will NEVER buy from them again
