Clothing materials were inferior and smelled of smoke. When I went to return I kept getting the run around and have still not received a refund. They kept trying to give me a percentage credit towards the purchase of other garments.

My order never arrived. I emailed Micas four times and never got a response. I tried various emails, but no response. My only option to get my money back was to file a fraud claim with my bank. Then all of a sudden Micas got back to me (hmmm). They tried to offer store credit or partial refund but I did not accept. I had purchased "protection" on my purchase so they sent me the link to get a refund quickly, which I did. Overall, very frustrating customer service experience.
Micas responds as long as it suits them. They say they send you a no postage return label if you live in the US. But when you’re trying to return on their app. You can’t get through. I’ve e-mailed them many times. They answer. But not to your satisfaction. They would have had more business from me had they’ve treated me right

Order came really cheaply made so I returned it £30 at the post office now wanting another £33 to get it past customs!! The order cost me £70 complete scam and waste of money

The quality of the products is terrible. What they show online is entirely different. The products in real are cheap and very poorly made. The return process is a nightmare. They dont pay for returns and they deduct money for no reason. I ordered 448 worth of products, returned all of them, paid 171 in shipping and got back 81 dollars … and that is after returning everything!!! They said a button on one of the coats was missing which I am dead sure wasnt caused by me. Terrible experience! Dont but from them.

I have got a beautifull dress, which was a really good quality. It was perfect fit for Egyptian party. And communication with custom services was also great. I have got mt answers very fast and clear. I am deffinately staying as a client.
My order was delivered to the wrong address the courier needs to be changed and it was for a special occasion despite it being a split package I’m scared my other item won’t get to me as well
