I never got my item:(
I never got my item Was very excited to get my item but it never came. Tracking says delivered and signed for. Contacted the delivery company they used, told me the item was not signed for, couldnt tell me who or where the item was actually delivered. Opened a paypal case but its still ongoing for 2 months now. Overall awful experience. However I have had friends order from them and everything was good. The customer service isnt great either.
Buyer Beware! Do not order!
I ordered a Captain America suit and followed the sizing chart listed on the Simcosplay.com website. When the suit finally arrived, several pieces were smaller than what I purchased. They sent the pants the correct large size, but the main top and boot leggings came in small sizes. It appears as if they pieced my order together just to make a sale. The main suit was two sizes to small and couldn’t even Velcro on. The boot leggings and straps are very cheap and came broken. VERY CHEAP QUALITY. Buyer beware. Customer Service is nonexistent. I attempted to contact them and sent pictures to them to show the measurements of what I received. They did nothing to correct the issues. I would not recommend ordering from this company.
Don’t waste your money buying from them
Batman costume was horribly made. I bought the costume according to the website size guide. Costume came and fit horribly. Jumpsuit was so small it was inappropriate to wear out because of how it fit. None of the Velcro actually closed around my arms or forearms. The mask was so big I had to pin it in the back to even see. On top of all that the customer service when I contacted them about the costume was horrible. They provided no help and just kept asking me my size to see if I bought the right one. I’m 6’ and weigh 205 lbs. I bought an XL. The costume was meant for someone 5’8” and 165lbs.

I ordered a batman costume from this company on October 5th and it is now the 27th and I have tried to get in contact with this company and they barely respond to my emails and they said that my package is at my local USPS but when I called they said It has never arrived and I paid for the 3-5 day shipping so now I'm out 110 dollars and no costume I will not be ordering from this company again. Hopefully I can get a refund or they can find my package before Halloween I'm very upset

Ordered the Captain America Endgame costume on Oct 11th. On Oct 19th they responded to my inquiry about an update, sent the wrong tracking but eventually sent the tracking for my package. It has now been 3 days since I was told FedEx has the package but I confirmed with FedEx they do not; only the shipping information has been sent to them. Simcosplay has been unresponsive to email inquiries since the 19th. FedEx is still waiting for the package but the other tracking number that they gave me shows the package is already in the states, leading me to believe Simcosplay has lost my actual package and trying to keep my money as well. Hopefully PayPal can assist in getting a refund from this shady company.

DO NOT USE SIMCOSPLAY
I ordered the Batman 2022 costume, or known as dark knight 2022. I was measured beforehand and was sized right at the tip of the large size on their size chart. After reading reviews about sizing issues I went up a size. The costume is still way to small and doesn't fit. The accessories are so small they don't even fit around me. When I attempted to reach out about these issues I was told only I could send it back for a refund minus the shipping fees and per their policy I would have to pay to return it. That cost would have been 320 dollars which is more than I paid for the costume. They sent the wrong size costume and they put that burden on me to fix. On top of that the stitching is horrible, several areas have fraying and loose string and fabric just shredding off in several areas. The crotch zipper is at my stomach and isn't at all where it's supposed to be. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They are frauds who will take your money and send you a sub par costume that will be the wrong size. Then charge you again to try and get a new one. I paid 300 for a costume I can't wear and this company's "customer service" has been very poor with communication only asking my sizes and telling me the costume they sent was correct and would fit me.

I ordered the Captain America Endgame costume but required the tailoring option. I’m 6’1”, 220lbs, with large shoulders and narrow waste. When it finally arrived the vest would not Velcro it was so small. The latex helmet came with a permanent crease on the top, one boot cover have no strap, the waist and back belts were too short, the pants had a flimsy snap that pops too easily, and 4 of the 6 straps that go with the boot covers were 3 inches too long. The remade the Vest with more should room but the same tight waist. Communication was good while redoing the vest but now that I want a refund, they have gone silent. Stay away from this company.

for all of the people who write one star reviews and future readers, there are a few things that these people probably didn't see when ordering their costumes. the size charts. these are important if you want to get the right size costume, for example, my brother is 6'4" and he would usually get large clothing. what we have to remember is that these clothes come as two seperate objects, not as a suit. and not all people who wear large shirts are going to get a large costume when ordering a fully fused piece of clothing. just read the size charts please before you complain about sizes, it tells you what sizes are what lengths.

Ordere a size Large costume. What I received is closer to size Small. Far too short by 4-5 inches. Seller located in China, demanding I pay $120 return shipping fees and exchange. Currently disputing charges with our credit card company. Seller never even sent order confirmation as reference. Very shady, and hiding behind international laws. Stay away!
Poor customer service, cheaply made items that fall apart just being tried on!
My son ordered and paid over $400 for a captain America costume. The costume itself is fine, a little short in the torso, even with customized sizing. However, the boot covers are extremely cheaply made! The small buckle loops are not sewn on good, only one stitch through the poor quality material and fell right off! Each boot cover requires the 3 straps that go around the calf. 2 out of the 3on each side are fine, but unfortunately one on each side is at least 3 to 4 inches too long. Making it so it doesn't work. After contacting this company, sending photos and giving my concerns, I was told the "buckle can slip back on???" No it won't!! I was also told "drill a small hole in the strap".... But that won't work either, as that part is too wide to go through the buckle. I'm deeply disappointed and saddened at the lack of customer service! You would think they could help after spending so much money on this. My son is new to cosplay and was getting ready to order another expensive costume. However, we will have to look for another company to do so! I was shocked at the comments given. Save yourself time and money and purchase elsewhere.

I ordered a size medium based on their size chart. I typically wear a small/medium in tops and size 6 for pants and shorts. So according to their own size chart a medium was perfect. However, when it was arrived it was so small I couldn’t even put my arms over my head. It was super uncomfortable. Customer service has been a disaster and I was told I need to pay for shipping and mail the costume back to them before they will honor the exchange policy and give me a new costume. But now I just read all the reviews and I’m afraid I won’t get a new costume at all! This is such a scam.

Wrong sizing, no responsibility
Despite their sizing chart, everything is too small. I ordered up a size and receive a costume shirt sized for a child. I could manage with most of the costume but couldn’t get the shirt onto my body (size large ordered, I’m 6’, 170 lbs, not a big person). The options they presented were to either ship it back to china and incur shipping costs both ways or buy a new shirt at a discounted price (?) of $40 PLUS $18.99 shipping. The shirt is $22 with shipping everywhere else on AliExpress and even only $31 with shipping on Amazon. Buyer beware.

Beware inaccurate sizing and impossible returns!
I ordered a Game of Thrones Costume and selected a size according to the size charts provided. What arrived is at least two sizes smaller. It is so small I can't even get my arms up through the top and over my shoulders. It is also much lighter in color than the photos suggest. The quality of the primary costume (top and bottom) and boots is good but the accessories are absolutely terrible and ruin the costume. I inquired about returning and was told I'd be refunded (less the $40 shipping I paid) and that I was responsible for the return shipping. The company suggested using USPS as the cheapest. Apparently, shipping things back to China incurs massive taxes from China so sending the whole thing back would cost almost $100!! Such a waste of my time and money. Now my only option is to try reselling it.
Worst quality
Worst quality. Loose threads everywhere, poor assembly, even worse lines. I could tear the pants on the Thor Love and Thunder costume with 2 fingers. Horrendous. I own 5 Thor Cosplays and this is terrible for almost $300. Never buying from Simcosplay again.
Accurate, quality cosplay
The cosplay I ordered came with all the pierces as well as the extra items I ordered (like shoes and wig). Ordered a standard size that had my measurements and it fit perfectly. It is very accurate to the pictures and the movie. They were very quick and helpful at responding to my questions before I ordered it. The only thing I would say is they didn’t update my order to let me know when it was being shipped or when it would arrive so it just turned up at my door one day, granted it turned up much sooner than I expected it to anyway. One of the pieces is a little tight but other than that it’s very comfortable, and I honestly now love this shop and will be buying more cosplays from them in future. 10/10!
Buyer Beware Costumes are defective and don't look like what they advertise
I ordered a costume from Simcosplay in January 2022. It took over 4 weeks to arrive. The costume was defective and poor quality. The costume did not match to what was shown in the photos, an example fitted gloves in their phots arrived looking like inflated Mickey Mouse paws. Simcosplay would not return my emails. I had to file a claim with the bank. The defective costume was mailed back, costing me over $28.00 to return. Simcosplay did not honor their return policy, and my refund for return shipping has not been paid, it has been over 2+ months. Emails and notes on the FB page go unanswered.
