Mariela Davila

Thank you for your feedback. We checked our system and confirmed that a confirmation email was sent to you on July 27th. In that email, your order has an estimated ship date of August 14th. Sometimes our emails go to people's spam folder, so please check your spam or junk folder in case it landed there. If you still can't find it, please reach out to us at [email protected]. - Elizabeth with Chilipad by Sleepme
