Works very well but makes a very high frequent sound that I could only get rid of by using really good ear plugs. Doesn't cool down to lowest temperature in the summer, due to the higher room temperature

I have purchased and paid, with a first responder code, but keep getting emails that I've left one in the cart with the BIRTHDAY code. Not received yet.
No Warranty on Replacement Parts Purchased
I purchased a replacement valve from them. These are a regular failing item that has been updated since I bought my unit. With in a couple months of use the new valve leaked out of the valve unit. They don't offer any warranty or replacement for any parts they sell.

Been a user for years. It has mad the biggest impact getting a full night sleep after having PTSD.
Choose any other system except sleep.me!!
Avoid at all cost or you will soon be sleeping on 3k worth of garbage. I purchased a queen system with two docks and during the 14 months we've had nothing but problems with airlocks, leaks, and now one dock is completely dead and the other performing sub par. Of course because we are not in the warranty time period they have offered nothing but 20% off a $900 dock. As if that dock would be any better. They make the docks with cheap, fragile peltier modules that break after a short period of time and of course, they do not sell that replacement part. There are too many other companies now with this same type of sleep system that it would be silly to purchase from sleep.me. Just look at all the terrible reviews and reddit post to see for yourself the scam they are running.

Very happy with Chilipad Cube. I feel like I got my life back. Poor sleep from overheating was destroying my brain power and work capacity. Chilipad Cube fixed the problem.

Small mistake
I loved the ordering part. Although I have not received a confirmation email or any contact on when or who will deliver my product.

I've barely had this system over a year…
I've barely had this system over a year now and have had nothing but issues. All together this system cost almost 3 grand and your warranty is only 12 months? That tells me that you don't actually stand by the product you sell. Update: Nice try. I've already been in contact with customer service. They offered me a 25% off discount on a new unit... So another $700 as if the $3,000 dollars wasn't enough after only 15 months. I'll pass on that offer.

I believe that the backflow check valve…
I believe that the backflow check valve is what is needed to keep my unit from dumping all the water each night. I would like to see an external checkvalve that could be supplied and installed easily

I'm in love with the chilipad
I'm in love with the chilipad. Feels so good to sleep on and I enjoy the scheduled temperature changes to help me wake up.
