I'm a 60 yo busy surgeon crossfitter mountaineer. I'm currently 4 months into Ironman training at 18 hours per week so my body is under enormous stress. I started chillipad to improve deep sleep and recovery. I I'm astounded at my results. In 10 days my chronically low HRV went from 24 to 36. My resting heart rate dropped from 58 to 49 and my deep sleep increased 38% despite very heavy training. My Garmin watch detected a 1.5 degree skin body temp drop as well. I stopped using chillipad for a leak issue. During those 12 days of not using it my numbers started to reverse then returned to their new normal after restarting it. Overall I feel great. I highly recommend Chillipad!
