Wasn’t sure on purchases of sunglasses online and contacted the customer service. Was assured that if the fit was poor, a return can be easily done. I went ahead and made my purchase. I am happy with the product.

Good quality. Only issue is the long wait and the aftercare -fitting where u need to adjust your glasses yourself or find a store which will do for you - should ideally partner with a reputable store where u can go to for fitting/aftercare.

Service is stead-fast. Got my first frame purchase replaced without any problems and in good condition, within 1-2 weeks or so. Would recommend the frames here as it's cheaper than the local market rates.
