Easy to order. Fairly quick delivery. First application of product was not so good, but once I used a good quality base moisturizer, then applied Smoochee with a brush, I found tge color & application process to be flawless.

I ordered this foundation, hoping it was gonna work. Unfortunately, it did not work for me at all. I immediately sent an email to the company and they quickly responded within two days maybe even a day and a half, and at first they offered me Store credit, but I simply declined it. I just wanted a refund. GENREV was great at responding quickly & efficiently. Because of how easy this was and the customer service was so great. I might purchase something else later in the future.

I received my order very quickly, which was great. When I first tried the product I noticed how smooth it was and that it matched my complexion right away. It was very easy to apply and easy to remove at the end of the day. It didn't feel heavy on my skin at all.

Deserves no star at all. The foundation isn't suitable for my skin tone, contacted them and was offered store credit, I don't want this. Wanted a return and refund but have been ignored, no reply to my emails, bad customer service. There company says money back guarantee but this isn't true....Please avoid!!! Scamming company!!! In reply to smooche who told me to reach out, i did via email and had no reply. My order number is 1202489 Update...sent email and got a response from AI, not even a real person can assist you and its the same generated email. When replied, still no answer....SHOCKING!!!!

I ordered the foundation( order# 1138455) but sadly it wasnt a good match for me so CARLA assisted me straightaway and allowed me to try a different product. I think that's a great response from a cosmetic company as online orders can be tricky. Well done Smooche.

Order number 1122894 I recently ordered for the first time as thought I would try the colour changing foundation, it does what it says it certainly changes colour! I thought I looked a little pale but saw on some reviews it says make sure you moisturise, I did this and looks better.. even though the colour is a little pale I’ve popped a little bronzer on and it looks good. My skin does look better. I have dealt with CARLA at Smooche who has been brilliant, and subsequently gone back to order the lip liner and brow pencil to give them a try. Customer service is brilliant.
