Products were not a match for me but excellent customer service!
I was disappointed in the lip stain. It left my skin tingling and tasted really awful. The colours also weren't great & didn't last as long as I'd hoped.
I was also initially disappointed in the colour changing foundation, as it appeared quite patchy on my skin, and clung to the finer lines. I have experimented a bit since I first tried it, and have found it's a bit better if I blend with a damp blender rather than using a brush. Still not 100% happy but it's more usable now.
However, I have to say, the customer service was excellent! When I first contacted them, I was dubious having read the finer print of the returns policy. Genrev was quick to respond and offered a couple of options. We ended up being able to satisfactorily resolve the issues really quickly and easily. I would recommend giving the products a go if you're curious - they do seem to work for many. But if you have any issues, my experience of their customer service was unexpectedly good!

The product is great, blends well however if you are brown skin it may look 2 shades lighter which for some may work other others not. Their customer service is prompt and efficient. I app CARLA who helped me throughout this process for my order 1136961 . I appreciate and highly recommend this brand.

My order #931409 got stuck at customs, I contacted customer service and was connected with April. April was quick to respond and got me my products quickly. She kept me updated through out the process, I never felt 'forgotten' about. Love the product and customer service top notch!

I placed my order and a few days later noticed that I never got a confirmation or a tracking number I contacted company explained my problem Diana responded I sent a copy of my receipt and that day she responded back saying they found my order and I would receive it the next day and sure enough it was delivered. I love this foundation it does everything it advertises which is rare. I love trying new products and have a drawer full of stuff that didn’t work. Smooche foundation feels good on my face and doesn’t make me look older than I am u can’t even tell it’s on just natural. I am 60 yrs old nothing worse than looking like I plastered on makeup . Smooche looks and feels like lotion while blends either my skin color and evening out my inperfections . I don’t doubt this company with their honest advertising and quick customer service will go far.
I got the two makeups I ordered but my “free gifts” (plural) was one applicator bulb… nothing else except multiple offers on discounts if I ordered more stuff! Was disappointed with that…also those offers start way before you ever received the product and given the chance to see if you even like it… this is second time I’ve expressed this and have been ignored…
