Stellar customer service! I wanted to my order and sent two emails to Smooche to that effect. I received a response from Steph saying that she had done that and refunded my credit card. She was very helpful and I appreciated her quick response to my issue.

Hi Getintolife! 💖 We’re so thrilled to hear that our makeup worked so wonderfully for your sensitive skin with zero breakouts or mask-like feeling! Finding a product that feels weightless and keeps your skin happy is everything. Thank you so much for taking the time to share your lovely review! ✨ Warmly, The Smooche Team

Hi Tamara! 💖 We're so glad you gave our color-matching foundation a try! Thank you so much for taking the time to share your review with us! ✨ Warmly, The Smooche Team
Genrev

Hi Wendy, We’re sorry to hear that you had this experience, and we’d love to make things right. However, we couldn’t locate your order based on the review alone. Could you please share your order number with us? This will help us look into the issue and assist you as quickly as possible. You can reach us at [email protected] or reply here with your details.
