Yes, unfortunately some of our mail sadly does get routed to spam or promotions when we're trying to reach out about important updates:( We're currently looking into being able to offer SMS text updates to better contact our customers with updates on their song orders!  Occasionally our artists do encounter emergencies or need to deal with things in their personal lives which renders them unable to take on or finish song orders. They hate to have to send us that message as much as we hate to send it to you, but please note that any time an artist has to drop an order, we do our absolute best to notify you right away, suggest some pro artists that we know will get you a fabulous song in a short amount of time to hopefully make your original delivery date or get your song to you as soon as possible, and make sure you still leave with a great custom gift to treasure.  Once we get a reply to that email with how you want to proceed, our customer success representatives are ready and able to give you the best service possible so you can have a great experience:) If you have an order with us that needs a new artist assigned, please reply to that email with a new artist you'd like and we can get it re-assinged and written for you right away!
