Hello Emily, We're sorry to hear you felt your experience with us was less than stellar. As mentioned in the correspondence with our Customer Success Team, our artists do not use AI in any capacity with our original song offering and they have never used it in the 8+ years we've been in business. All of the songs our artists compose are original compositions based on the details/information submitted and song preferences selected during the song builder. This is what separates us from a multitude of other companies offering a similar product. We take customer satisfaction seriously (especially when songs like yours are commissioned for such special occasions) and if you do decide to change your mind on a brand new song at no cost, our offer always stands. We're happy to continue working with you to provide you with a song closer to what you originally had in mind.

As a small company, we're always looking for ways to further improve your experience. Hopefully, I can further clarify how our Worry-Free Guarantee operates. On our Lyric Assist Tool and our site, we specify that we can offer a finite amount of lyrical changes to each original song. The first round of lyrical changes is on us, however, if you'd like to make a second round of revisions we offer outside of lyrical changes, those will incur fees! Songfinch takes artist compensation very seriously and we charge for more intense edits to be sure each artist is fairly compensated for their time and talents. :) We're a very small team here in Chicago and we get pretty busy during the holiday season but we always make sure to get you a response in 48-72 hours! Our site does not allow for direct contact with your artist, but, our team and the Lyric Assist Tool are available to help with any requests you've got!
