I was bereaved and today was the burial and calls were made by the delivery agent but I wasn't close to my phone. However, I saw the missed calls and returned them immediately and apologised for the missed calls, explaining my situation to the delivery agent. But he was very very nasty and rude.
Rude staffs and dispatch riders. they call it door to door delivery but rider always call to meet elsewhere. Most times they even put “self pickup” without requesting for one.
The delivery company is very unreliable. Always rescheduling deliveries and being unresponsive to calls and messages. They send you a message that your delivery is scheduled for a certain day. You wait by your phone the whole day, try to contact the number attached to their initial message and those on their website - nothing. Terrible customer service.
They don't pick up calls, won't reply to email or messages. This guys should be out of business by now, wonder why Aliexpress still use them.

I ordered from temu and 1 of the item was missing worth 5000rs the package was already open when i recieved i had all videos of opening the parcel in front of delivery boy i gave them all the videos but they are not refunding me anything because SPEEDAF and TCS both are scammers and thieves shame on you guys shitty services
Speedaf Nigeria should receive an award for giving me my worst dispatch experience ever. I ordered something from Temu, I was tracking and saw the package had gotten to Port Harcourt (on like Saturday). On Sunday morning they called me by 9 am to come for pickup (mind you, I was in church). I told them I couldn't pickup right away, then they said I should come by 12, which I couldn't meet up either. The dispatch person said he'd be there till 3pm so I called him around 2 he told me to meet him there in 20 minutes. I went there and called him, he asked me to wait. I waited at a restaurant and called this guy at intervals for more than 30 minutes he busied by calls throughout and I just left out of frustration. This same person called me by past 5 (when we were supposed to meet by to-3). They told me to come again on Tuesday (today) and I've come the first time they said they're not around and I should have called them before coming out. No problem too, I went back home called this guy again before coming out and he said he'd be there in 10 minutes. I came out to the pickup location the second time, call this guy and he wasn't picking. Spent close to 10 minutes calling both he and some lady from Temu that called me the day before to come for pickup the next day (today, Tuesday). After sometime the guy finally picks and tells me "he's coming, he's close". As at the time of this writing he hasn't still arrived. They (speedaf) are anything but reliable. Their dispatch guys lie about where they are, tell customers to come out, wait, and get disappointed multiple times for just one delivery. They honestly are not ready to do business. If I could rate negative stars I honestly would
This company takes the crown for the WORST courier/logistic company to ever exist. I’ve never experienced unprofessionalism to such an extent. The customer service, when contacted, is extremely inefficient and, on top of that, rude. Their delivery drivers never reach out to you when confused about directions. Rather, they tell the same tale (LIE) of the buyer’s contact being unreachable, resulting in a failed delivery. Speedaf, are you eating people’s packages? If care is not taken, a class action lawsuit will be filed against this company in the near future, and they’ll be throw into obsolescence. Everything about this company disgusts me. I hope shopping platforms can stick to reliable logistic companies instead of choosing cheap, unprofessional vagabonds such as Speedaf.
Poor service they schemed me I paid custome duties and delivery fee but they never delivered my order. I tried reaching out to their costumer service and contacting them on WhatsApp they not replying its a Scheme!

Very poor experience with Speedaf. I wonder why AliExpress deals with them.My package was marked as delivered in AliExpress but I never received it, and their team couldn’t properly locate it even after follow-ups. There is a serious lack of accountability. I strongly advise caution when dealing with this courier.

I don’t know why companies like aliexpress and SHEIN keep using speedaf. They are trash, my order never got to me, I’ve gone to their office several times and it wasn’t there. This is the worst delivery company ever
They stated on the temu app that they tried reaching for me but couldn’t 3 times but in my call logs there was no sign of them when my phone number is literally verified in the app, I called 6 times today with no answer they straight up lying about calling me then not answer? How am I going to take my package if they neither call me or answer my calls? Looking at the other complaints it looks like I have to wait days maybe a month for them to actually deliver my package

id rate less if i could. i ordered a singular item from aliexpress. nothing too large or expensive and the seller would send out his products fast. its been stuck in customs for 9 days now and due to the size and price its nor really normal.their number barely works and the first time i tried to call them nobody picked up. their email is completely unresponsive. every time i called each person i got to talk to would say different things about the location of my package, either that it already left customs and that id receive it the day after i initially called, then the next day they said they didn’t receive anything in my name, and then today they said that they hadn’t gotten any aliexpress packages recently. im pretty sure that they probably lost it at this point. not to mention that the first time they ever picked up they searched for packages under my phone number and full name and nothing recent showed up. my shipping info hasnt been changed on aliexpress so i have no clue why my new item wasnt there. the person speaking said that the latest package in my name and number was from 2025 and that i had already picked it up. i had to tell her the tracking number by phone because apparently it wasnt even under my name.

Speedaf is a scam courier company, I have been waiting for my shein order for over a month and the status has been declared as "scanned for delivery" but I haven't received my package as yet. The courier company is shit and have no proper means to contact the help service desk.
A certain Trust Adam ( a delivery staff from Speedaf) was assigned to deliver a package. He would call, and whilst asking where to meet him, he would hang up the call. When called back, he would refuse to take the call. When called with a different contact, he would take the call, and whilst the call is ongoing, he would drop the call. This pushed me to reach the Speedaf office physically and told them to keep my package as they said it was out with the said Trust Adam. Upon return, the said Speedaf had returned my package back to the Supplier. I am extremely disappointed with their service.
