The interaction with Stirlingkit as far as price, delivery, complete product and answering my questions was 5 stars. The RTF, as advertised, is not 5 stars. The key issues with his purchase: 1. Ardupilot parameters file was not complete and did not function. 2. Fortunately, the web provides a lot of help on this issue and the FC setup. The Rx wires had to be soldered to the Rx (OK but not RTF). 3. The "Baby" Tx was not what I saw on the website. I thought I was getting the TX12 not the Pocket. However, I have the T1 together and it flies very nicely and fun to fly.
The problems that happened because of shipping has been corrected . Please take note that any problems that may arise in the future you must give them a few extra days to respond since they are half way around the world. Thank you

I just opened up my Mechanical wasp and there’s no assembly instructions, I just ordered another $500. Plus of new product and could you please add the instructions to that order? Its my 11th order from Stirlingkit, This time I bought Yuxiang F08 Bell 206 helicopter , Stirlingkit has provided Great Customer Service,They sent this using DHL and The Yuxiang F08 Fly's Amazing, Great Helicopter.
At first, communication was a bit slow, and I had to contact them a couple of times before receiving a response. In the end, however, everything worked out. It took nearly a month for the engine to arrive. There were still some manufacturing marks on the model, but other than that, it seems to be a good product.
BUYER BEWARE! Be very cautious ordering from this company. If you need to return an item, you’re responsible for return shipping — and it’s not cheap. In order to return the item you have to pay over $100 just to send back. They warn you not to include the actual cost of the item for insurance purposes or they will charge you a fee for the tariffs. So, you have to blindly send your item back and would be screwed if it does not arrive at the destination properly. That policy makes it nearly impossible to return products without taking a huge loss. This should be clearly disclosed before checkout. I won’t be ordering again.

I see some reviews here on trust pilot claiming they are a scam. It made me a bit worried as it took a week before they got my product shipped. so i sent them an email, shortly after they answered and got my product shipped. The package was recieved within the promised delivery time too. And the product seems to be working as it should. It seems they are a serious company and take their customers seriously. i'm a real person too, not an AI or anyone who write a fake review which i also saw an acusation of. Seems legit. I'm sure they will take care any inconvenience that may occur.
I recently preordered the Flywing MH-60 Jayhawk 470 RC Helicopter from StirlingKit. I received the helicopter quickly and in good shape and packed well for shipping. Customer service also responded to my questions promptly.
I recently bought their Mill Engine model and the new version 16 cylinder butane powered Stirling Engine, in two purchases. The transactions went through fine, and even though both purchases were over the Xmas and New Year period, I didn't have to wait to long for delivery to the UK. Both models were perfect, very well engineered, and for anybody tempted to buy a butane Stirling Engine, a standard small butane botle, the sort of thing used to fill lighters, connects fine, no need for non standard adaptors.
I needed some with some parts for my RC paraglider and I spoke to Martin at Stirlingkit who was very helpful thanks for all your help. Because of this I would be more than happy to buy from again.

I ordered an ignition module for glow plugs, instead I received a high voltage module for spar plugs. The customer care person kept going in circles despite my detailed emails with pictures. Finally another person sent me the correct part, just to find out it was defective. I am tired dealing with them so I didn't even bother anymore. Will never buy from Stirling Kit again.

I bought a steam engine from sterling kit, very good quality and features for the price, had a problem with the payments being in USD meaning my bank charged a conversion fee, I wasn't aware this was going to happen, emailed the company and they agreed to pay conversion charge in return for a trust pilot review, overall very good service and product, would consider purchasing from again.
I contacted Stirlingkit after experiencing difficulties fitting a bearing to the crankshaft of the RW-BL1K model engine kit. After some troubleshooting via email, Stirlingkit suggested the best solution to the problem would be for them to supply me with a completely assembled crankshaft. I was more than happy with this and am now awaiting the assembly to arrive.
I live in Argentina. I bought several Stirling engines and several steam engines. I had problems starting a couple of them. I sent them my inquiry along with photos and videos.
