Ordered the Mad Dog V8 engine model kit, spent extra for faster shipping. I ordered it and received it in a week. I had a personal shipping issue with GoFo due to my apt's gated area but Stirlingkit gave me the info to track it down and GoFo was able to complete the delivery. I emailed Stirlingkit on the weekend and got a response the following Monday.

After three months, there is no tracking number, no shipment confirmation, and no solution. If this situation is not resolved immediately, I will take serious legal actions, including hiring lawyers and reporting this case to international consumer protection authorities. I've ordered quite a few items from Sterlingkit and I've been very happy withe the quality, packaging and shipping provided. However, living in USA has strained my patience on shipping and receiving products from China, due to the asinine tariffs imposed by our US president. These tariffs and my own suspicious nature, resulted in pestering Mona, a customer sales consultant, far too often to considered an inquiry. More like an inquisition. I've noted some comments here from other customers and want to say, therr are obvious tensions between countries right now and plenty of doubt and suspicion to go around. I bought the Beam Engine. Unfortunately the parcel came open in the post and a small item went missing. This was soon replaced and I now have a beautiful working steam engine. Many thanks
The steam engine kit was even better than I expected. The quality of the parts is exceptional; everything is precision machined and perfectly finished. It is the most true to an actual steam engine operation that I’ve found! The valve gear is complex and allows forward, stop, and reverse engine operation. There are many very small parts to handle so caution during assembly is required to avoid dropped or lost parts. The engine does create some condensation during operation so be prepared to collect some liquid during operation. Overall, I’m very pleased with my purchase and recommend this kit to any model steam engine enthusiast!
Their communication is excellent and product was well packaged and shipped promptly. Everything they promised, including duty-free was delivered. I’ve sent placed a couple other orders which arrive quickly as well.

I just received all of my multiple packages, all the items were bubble wrapped very well for the trip! The assembly is very straight forward but this is not my first time assembling an engine kit from Stirling kit. I have not had any issues with the parts fitment or items not being in the kit. Thank you to the whole team at Stirling, questions before purchasing were answered quickly by Mona.
I ordered 4 items this time around. 3 turbofan engines and the Hummingbird. I received 2 of the turbofans, however the 3rd got lost in the mail. They sent me a new one which was awesome. I opened all the engines, and everything looks great, I can't wait to put them together. The Hummingbird is spectacular! It is very beautiful and I'm glad I bought it. The wings don't just go back and forth, they twist like they're scooping up air and is a great display piece for anyone into flight or birds. I have the Apache helicopter GPS. It is an awesome helicopter easy to fly for beginnings and the detail and the craftship is stunning. Stirling customer service is really good.
THE KIT was well made. The parts / screws are very small. after some trials & errors, got the kits put together. I did some research about different alcohols , 91% was my choice. The steam engine run well, but the exhaust needs to be routed away from engine. I'm pleased & will share more about my plan for this kit. BILL
