Dear customer,
We're very sorry for the inconvenience. We really appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Indeed a top up can fail for various reasons, but for sure the pending charges will be unblocked by the issuing bank in a few bussiness days.

Hello,
Thank you for your feedback. You can get free minutes through our Thank You program. There are two ways in which you can earn Thank You points:
1. each time you place an order, 2% of its value is turned into Thank You points
2. if a friend of yours opens an account with us using your referral code, when he places his first order you receive 500 Thank You points. You can find your referral code in your account information and you can also email it to friends from that section.
When you reach 1,000 Thank You points, you can convert them into $10 free Voice Credit. Right now, you have 20 points in your account.
