After several weeks of collaboration designing your engagement ring, we delivered the ring to you. In your initial 1-star review, you noted that you loved the ring except for three dots that were missing on the underside. To resolve that concern, we agreed to remake the ring in full. In the process, you also requested additional modifications and design enhancements. Although this went beyond the original scope, we honored the updated design to ensure you received exactly what you wanted. Throughout this time, our team communicated consistently by phone and email with the goal of making sure you felt cared for and heard. We are pleased that the engagement ring was ultimately made to your satisfaction. Because color and detail are very important to you, our team suggested that if you intend to purchase a matching band, it would be best to order it at the same time as the ring, so both could be produced together, guaranteeing a perfect color match. This was never intended as pressure — only as guidance to ensure you would be fully happy with the result. We are disappointed that the detail on the underside of the matching band does not align perfectly with the engagement ring. To be transparent, you left a second 1-star review before ever receiving the band, indicating a decision to search for flaws before experiencing the finished products. Unfortunately, your request to exchange the setting came after this return window had passed. Any customer can return or exchange their purchase for a full refund during the first 30 days. After that point, we are no longer able to accommodate the change without incurring full remake costs as stated in our “Time Upgrades Policy’ under lifetime upgrades on the above link from our site. While we understand this may have been disappointing, it’s not due to any error or oversight on our part. We simply followed the same fair and transparent policy that applies to all customers. We know we provided you with a great price for this band, significantly below the market value for Benchmark 18k gold bands.
