I ordered a product on Sept 14; received it on October 7. Lo and behold, it didn’t fit (and that’s even sizing UP). It has been a nightmare, trying to get a refund with this company; which I’m STILL in the process of trying to get! I was offered a “partial refund and 20% off another item.” I’ve told the customer service people over and over I just would like my money back. Send me the address to send the item back and give me the refund…come to find out, it will cost MORE to send it back than what I paid for it😒. My advice? Go to another site and shop…
