DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! SCAM!! I ordered 4 shirts from this company, all different colors. When I recieved the order confirmation the order was incorrect, it was for 3 of one color and 1 of another color. I immediately cancelled the order. 2 weeks later I recieved another email with shipping confirmation. I still recieved the order, and was billed not once but twice. Now I cannot get them to send me shipping Return information. Jessany who is a supposed customer service rep. Keeps telling me that she will discount my order and even suggested that I sell them at a second hand store because it would be cheaper to sell them than to return them.
I ordered my soft shacket from the beauty North, after seeing the ad on Facebook. I received my order after a few weeks just fine. It’s fully lined like they said and super warm.

Please...do not order or deal with this "business" it is a complete scam that will lead to you having to report same to your credit card company to get your money back. As usual, you get what you pay for. This was very poor quality. No hemming, just blunt cuts on the knit fabric.
I ordered 4 tops. It took almost a month to receive my items as they are shipped from China. As soon as I opened one package, I knew the item was cut small. I immediately emailed the seller. Thankfully, I paid with PayPal so I had the email address. The seller did respond promptly. That's when the runaround started. They first asked me to send them a photo of the item and what was wrong. In my email, I sent them the photo and said I needed to return the item. I did sent the same photo as supplied in my first email. The seller responded to please send all my measurements so they can resolve my issue. My response, I want to return the items for a refund. The next response from the seller was, the items are shipped from China and I would be responsible for the return shipping cost which could total $60. I didn't have to pay a shipping fee to have the items shipped to me. I am not paying a possible $60 fee. I was also told I could keep the items and they would refund me 10% of my $82. I placed a complaint through PayPal and waiting a resolution. Lesson learned don't order from online companies without checking the reviews first.
I have the same problem as everyone else it seems. I have tried multiple times to email them about returning my item and have gotten no response. So I have an item I don't want and am out the money I paid for it.

This company, and I use that term lightly, should be charged with fraud. Their products are the cheapest I have ever seen. The sizing is horrendous. 63" bust for a small top! And the sizing chart is different, depending on the site you buy the product from. I ordered a top, received it and realized it was the size of a small tent. Have been sending emails to the business and have not received one reply. In their return policy they say customers have 30 days to return the product. But in other information it is 14 days. How convenient for them. Do NOT waste your money ordering from this company, I see reading other reviews that people have had similar experiences. Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered.
Horrible! Spent almost $100. Items were almost sized for a child (size 10). Also, my items had no hem….everything was raw edge. Looks like material was cut, stitched to look like a shirt and mailed. Seriously, shocked when items came in and noticed the lack of quality in material and lack of stitching. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING HERE!!! A rating of “0” is too high!
TERRIBLE COMPANY! Do NOT order! Items come from China but they don't divulge that in their ads. Items take a month+ to arrive and when they do finally arrive...oh what a disappointment!! NOT true to size and very CHEAPLY made!!! I just threw away $100!

I wish I could give it 0 stars as other reviews have stated. I ordered one item from this company 7 weeks ago, still have not received it, and they will not respond to my email inquiries about where the item is. Please do not order from this company as it is just a waste of money.
