I have just received three Hats, well if you can call that "hats"! I have never felt so ridiculous and fooled! This is absolute s..t incredible s..t !!! It's downright plastic that traveled in soft bags, upon delivery completely dented and unusable even not for the carnival ;))) I can only advise you to avoid any purchase in this company, instead give this money to a beggar, you will make two people happy: the beggar and yourself for the good deed and for having avoided the feeling that you are being screwed over!

A total Scam!!!! Beware do not buy anything from this company. The website looks great, the products look great but that's all. You will not get what you ordered. They claim made in USA (cowboy hats) I took a chance and ordered. They notified me that is was shipped the same evening. I used paypal to pay. They sent a tracking number, I did nor recognized the tracking number so I did some research, the company was called 4PX some type of courier. I thought that was strange since the said they were made in Texas, USA. The tracking said shipped from China!!!. I knew I got scammed,I did some research on Tiendahat Company and found scam after scam. I contacted paypal and fortunately the payment did not clear my bank. So my bank issued a stop payment...cost me 15.00, better than the 60.00 for what I had ordered. The shipping company still showed it shipped, so I came today in a box the size of a shoebox. The hat is a cheap piece of junk, crumbled up made in China. This is something they do according to the other complaints. I feel sorry for the people that ordered several hats and put out allot of money when they see what they are getting. A total scam.
I received a hat that was not as described. When I requested a return since it was the wrong product, they informed me I would have to pay shipping, duty, and taxes, and that packages were frequently lost. Nowhere on the site are these return conditions mentioned. Their chat link is also fake- a picture with no link. They offered me less than 1/4 of what I paid as a partial refund. Notice that some of the positive reviewers have not received their product yet.

Stay away from this Chinese Company their ads are false and misleading. Ordered a hat it was nothing like was the picture showed. Then they didn’t wanna give me a refund. They are in face book as well I warn you stay away. They are taking advantage of us US Citizens

I only wish I had read the reviews first, Not only did they send the wrong size, they offered me $10, and I keep the hat, not good , it was the wrong size, so useless, $70 wasted, please be aware if you buy from them. In fact I recommend DONT buy from them..
Hat didn't arrive, yet. Purchasing was simple, just a bit chaotic to scroll between different hats and their pictures - to compare, to choose thee right hat and to purchase it - a comparizon screen (maybe with some small pictures of the hats compared and their design/ features - incl. dimensions(!) listed) could help. But plenty of very nice designs. Hope, reality will correspond with description.
